Sean communicated very well and took care of an issue two other people didn’t want to handle and he went ahead and serviced my furnace while he was here. I will definitely recommend your company!
Josh was very knowledgeable, professional, and had a great personality that really put me at ease. I appreciate that he offered economical options without trying to sell me extra stuff I didn't need. I will definitely be using this company when it is time to replace my unit. Highly recommend!!!
JD and his team from Good Guys took care of all my HVAC needs. Excellent work. Professional. CLEAN!! Can't recommend them enough.
Absolutely amazing customer service. My technician Ryan was amazing and explained everything step by step. I will absolutely continue using this company.
I can't say enough good things about the furnace tune-up I received. Craig C. was not only skilled and efficient but also incredibly friendly and respectful. He addressed all the issues, cleaned everything up, and left my furnace running like new. My home is now warm and cozy, and I'm grateful for the excellent…
Update 11/20/24 Craig called me to set up the furnace check and made it so easy. Another great experience! ____________ Update 12/7/23 - Needed a service for an outside porch mini split and logged a ticket at 10:30 pm. Craig was there at 8:30 the next morning. Continued great experience. ————————————— Craig is by…
Jason was extremely helpful! Great communication, knowledgeable, seemed to truly want to get down to the root of our problem. Installed an AC unit, a whole-house dehumidifier and insulated some duct work. Happy to have found an HVAC company that I trust! I will be a forever customer!
Thanks Brandon!
Jeff is highly knowledgeable and he did a great job installing AC ducts better than the original
Absolutely phenomenal experience. Ryan made us a priority on a weekend. Let alone it was a crawl space job and it was 17 degrees out this morning. He worked for over 8 hours in this cold weather to make sure my family would be comfortable. He has been so much more than ever expected. I am a business owner myself…
We have been through so many services and companies to help with our massive building, and it has been a struggle to find a dependable and quality level of service. Good Guys has come through and not only helped us significantly, they have become a trusted part of our maintenance team. We couldn't recommend them…
Willy Bentley comes from a long line of trustworthy people. He carries on his family’s legacy of kindness, knowledge, and honesty. Also, he got the job done quickly and efficiently on each occasion. Thank you Willy.
I highly recommend.
Excellent service!
Ryan went over and beyond by researching cigar lounge ventilation and finding the right products to offer the cleanest air possible for our new cigar lounge in Ingalls, IN - Final Third Cigar & Whiskey Lounge. His workmanship, professionalism, and work ethic are second to none! Not only did he install an entirely…
Aaron Maddox, one of the "Good Guys", came to our rescue late in the day as we had a slow leak in the A/C drain pipe in the furnace room. He stayed and not only fixed the split pvc pipe, but also extended the pipe in the crawl space to reach the sump pump for better water removal. He stayed until it all worked…
Great work, guys showed up on time, were very professional and were able to accomplish the work a day earlier than expected. Thanks for getting me taken care of and helping me out. Our first level bathroom toilet had overflowed and had run for about five minutes flooding parts of two rooms and running the carpet…
I found this employee owned company very honest & trustworthy; when I bought our new house, the inspector said the A/C is very old and should be replaced. When I called Good guys to get an estimate for the replacement, they acknowledged that the A/C unit is very old but at the same time it is working properly and…
