We had an issue with our heat not working. Matt Parsons from Good guys fit me into hai schedule the next day and was able to resolve the issue very quickly and have heat back up again at our place.Matt was very thorough and explained exactly what went wrong and how he was fixing it. Have had this company help us twice, and a very good experience both times. They were professional and thorough when tuning up our A/C. Cost was $99 and the technician spent over an hour running tests and cleaning the outdoor unit. Would recommend!
