Once again, Michael did an exceptional job! Don't hesitate to give him a call!
Aaron showed up quickly and was about the nicest person I have ever met! He explained everything he was doing on our furnace and was very patient with our staying with him while he worked. I could tell he really knows his business and I would recommend Good Guys to everyone.
Excellent, reasonably priced service for A/C maintenance
Matt is fantastic. Top level service, and doesn't upsell, which means I can take his recommendations at face value - a rarity, particularly in this industry!
Brian and Steve were great the Furnace and Central Air installation was flawless. They answered all of our questions and the price was much lower than everyone else.
5/5 GOOD GUYS HOME SERVICES!!! We just had a new high-efficiency gas furnace installed, by Good Guys Home Services, & the difference in our home comfort is night and day. Very prompt on arrival, new furnace and air unit installed in less than four hours! Such a relief to have a reliable company!!! Highly recommended.
Great summer tune up service! Timely and professional.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Alex went above and well beyond our expectations. He replaced our water heater, softener, and re-routed the plumbing so it takes up much less space and is more streamlined. All plumbing was completed with pipe/solder and it was evident he cared about the quality his work.…
Needed new AC and furnace. Most affordable quote (by thousands!) and most hardworking people we've ever hired for this type of job. We've tried other well-known companies you see on TV and they always send a salesperson - Good Guys just sent their highly knowledgeable and experienced technician and we got everything…
Michael did a really good job and his partner with a couple days notice he had my new system installed and running. And it feels so much better in here

Highly recommend Good Guys HVAC service. Aaron Mattox has been taking care of my home for a few years now and he is absolutely the best in every way. Josh, as always, did a great job replacing our furnace today. Quality, responsiveness, pricing, all great. Highly recommend their work.
Josh was a pleasure to work with. He came out 2 times to assess our heating/cooling system and then installed a new furnace. I had another quote for the furnace install and Good Guys beat that price easily. I highly recommend Good Guys!
When you lose heat on a super cold weekend and find out you need to replace your entire system, there is no better person to use than Eric at Good Guys. What a great experience!
I appreciated the straight forward advice that saved me a lot of money and set me up with the right replacement system for my house. The process went very smoothly and I am very happy with the overall value including the system, work provided and price. Remember to get multiple quotes. The differences can be significant.
Griffin Hall from Good Guys came for routine maintenance on our furnace and discover a crack in the firebox. This is a dangerous problem that he visually displayed and gently talked about replacement or repair. We went with replacement. Griffin and a technician worked most of the day with minimal if no disruption to…
I can't say enough good things about the furnace tune-up I received. Craig C. was not only skilled and efficient but also incredibly friendly and respectful. The two techs I've worked with so far, Eric and Jason, have been great. They are knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. They explain things well, offer suggestions, and make service a priority over selling products. Helped me maintain my (~20 year old) original system as long as I could before helping me…
First time to use Good Guys HVAC and highly recommend. Scott Anthony was very likeable and explained what needed to be done very well, called about our warranty and got us scheduled for the following week. Scott and his brother did a great job with installing our new furnace unit and didn't take long at all. Two very likeable guys!
These guys were timely and terrific and fun to work with, I appreciated them so much.
These guys have impressed me at every encounter. They are bright, enthused and passionate about HVAC. Thanks for doing a great installation and follow up. And, I must mention Jon Brown. Jon is a plumber and made quick work of a mysterious water leak. Thanks Jon and Tyler Jacob for the great service.
Was very happy with Good Guys for our new furnace and air conditioner install. They came out same day for a quote. Brandon helped us get a system that fit our needs at a good price without a pushy sales pitch. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Ryan made us a priority on a weekend. Let alone it was a crawl space job and it was 17 degrees out this morning. Great Job. We have heat in tune for winter.

They were originally my "2nd opinion" company, but quickly earned my business with a quick diagnosis, estimate for a new system that was 20% lower than my old HVAC company, and had the whole thing installed and running 2 days later. It was the middle of the summer and 94 degrees out, so I appreciated the speed as I…
Was able to get an appt the next day and had new ac and furnace replaced four days later(weekend interference). Ryan French was great, very nice, professional and hard working. We felt like he was very honest and upfront with us.
Like everyone else right now with this hot weather they realized the A/C was not working. I called Randy Turner and he came out the same day just a few hours later. He showed me what was wrong and that it could not be fixed. I needed a new system. I was bummed but he explained to me what happened and what was…
We got several quotes from local contractors, including one that was HIGHER which included a "free" furnace with the purchase of a new A/C unit. As we quickly confirmed, "free" isn't free and ultimately, we went with Randy Turner from Good Guys, who gave us a more than competitive quote and came through with prompt…

My furnace went out so I called the Good Guys. Shane came out and identified the problem right away. He had my new furnace installed and functional the next day. Call the Good Guys for all your heating and cooling needs!
I found out about Good Guys through a realtor friend. I called them after having two other companies out to assess my furnace and blower fan issues. Josh is an amazing technician and a hell of a nice guy as well.
Willy Bentley of Good Guys is a really great contact if you want to get an HVAC installed. He is professional, knowledgeable, helps you save money where possible, and does the work within a short period of time after you meet with him for the bid! I will use him again and again. Very nice guy, too.
We've used Good Guys for 3 years, Eric Bryant has always taken the time to tell me what he's doing and why. Love that he takes pride in his work. It's a great newer business that I always refer my friends to.
