2026 Update - Technician Craig Copeland performed an exceptionally thorough Heating preventive maintenance tune-up. Good Guys is a talented, honest and thoughtful organization! Technician Matt Parsons provided an excellent Heating preventive maintenance tune-up. Matt was courteous, thorough, unrushed, and very knowledgeable.
Highly recommend Good Guys HVAC service. Aaron Mattox has been taking care of my home for a few years now and he is absolutely the best in every way. He regularly does system checkups and recently replaced my old furnace. Today, he performed a checkup on my A/S unit. I have also used Hunter Throneburg for plumbing…

Absolutely amazing customer service. My technician Ryan was amazing and explained everything step by step. I will absolutely continue using this company.
This all happened during the weekend Indianapolis got 10+ inches of snow and temperatures were in the negatives. I woke up and my blower motor was making grinding / screeching noises. I called many places trying to get a technician to come out and help so I wouldn’t be stranded at my house with no heat. Good guys…
Craig was great at finding our furnace problem. We had him install a new furnace a few days later because we wanted to wait. Once our decision was made he came the next day and installed nice looking furnace in about 3 hours. Reasonably priced as well.
Griffin Hall from Good Guys came for routine maintenance on our furnace and discover a crack in the firebox. This is a dangerous problem that he visually displayed and gently talked about replacement or repair. We went with replacement. Griffin and a technician worked most of the day with minimal if no disruption to…
The reason I use Good Guys Heating and Cooling for my HVAC service is because of their friendly and professional approach to customer service. They have been performing annual inspections and maintenance on both of my systems for several years now and are always very thorough. No stress doing business with Good Guys!!
Randy asked a lot of questions over our initial call versus just booking an appt to get paid. When he came out he was very knowledgeable and professional! We will for sure use him again and highly recommended him to others!!
Absolutely loved Sean Small. On time , very personable, efficient. Thanks so much!
Randy showed up as scheduled and was very professional. He didn’t waste time preforming the heat pump tune-up. Would recommend Randy for any heating and cooling repairs or questions.
Great seasonal service once again from Matt Parsons
Right on time and was very professional
I give Good Guys the highest rating because they are simply the best. They know what they're doing and are very professional. I know what I'm talking about. I used to have one of the larger companies come and service our equipment. One time we were having problems with our furnace in December/January a few years…
App was super easy to use. I was able to select the date and time that worked for me. Received electronic notices to confirm appt and when Billy was on his way. Super professional and knowledgeable. They really are The Good Guys!

Ryan was prompt and efficient. Very helpful Always makes sure everything is ok.
Mark Hildebrandt did the initial install and a year later when I called to have the system checked for the summer, Mark again came out. Very Professional and now I am spoiled.

Ryan is FANTASTIC, knowledgeable, kind, and very professional!! He’s definitely the person to go to if you want a job done right :)
Called at 7:00 pm and they came out next morning by 9:30. Honest, fixed what the other company had neglected, and very fair pricing. They made me a customer!
They are very responsive, knowledgeable and thorough and seem to really care that the customer is satisfied.
We have lived all over the country and as a result, used many HVAC system maintenance companies and programs. We have been in Indiana for five years and used two major companies, and as a result of their procedures, began looking for a new maintenance system company. Several people in my 55+ subdivision recommended…
Quality work, friendly, affordable and knowledgeable. I've used them for several years and each technician has been trustworthy, and professional. Easy to set up appointments.
I am always impressed by Good Guys, their service, knowledge and cost. But today they exceeded expectations. We woke up to a waterfall in our garage from our water heater leaking and not only did they connect us with a restoration company who arrived in less than an hour to begin the repair process, but they arrived…

The two techs I've worked with so far, Eric and Jason, have been great. They are knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Donnie did a phenomenal job on 4/11/2023, and provided services that have never before been done during my maintenance. I learned a lot, and felt that he really was committed to leaving with my unit in top shape. I have already booked for next year.
Josh Maves is a super intelligent, polite young man who knows his stuff and is very through and prompt and kind. He has a ton of experience and wants to please the customer. Highly recommend this company but specifically Mr. Maves as his work is spectacular.
Aaron was a great technician. He was very informative about what had caused our problem of little heat, little air flow and taking 4 hours and 50 minutes to go from 67 - 72 degrees. Craig Copeland was amazing!!! He took his time before starting my maintenance to explain my system and the parts with me. He then took his time working. He promised and made me feel comfortable that he wouldn’t try to tell me I needed anything unless I absolutely needed it. Highly recommend…

We had Jason Smalley who is outstanding! We’ve had him come out about 6-7 times over the last 3-4 years now and he always does a great job. Very detail oriented and diligent. He’s our guy and will be calling him again for AC service in the spring/summer.
We woke up to no heat this morning and the thermostat dropped down to 64 degrees inside. Great experience and great value. I will definitely use these good guys again. Aaron was quite helpful with the installation of my Micro Air Easystart module on my heat pump. Next week I will load test my household electrical system with the heat pump on it.
We have a geo-thermal system and when our installer retired, he recommended Todd. The 3-year-old system just wasn’t working the same this year but Todd came in a day, found the problem right away and it was a simple fix! Just a switch that somehow got turned off. Now, we are toasty warm! Thank you, Todd!!
Craig was professional, honest, and 0 upsell, also personable. What more could you ask for?! Good Guys has our trust and business. 👍🏼👍🏼

Prompt and efficient.
The big issue with home ownership is getting honest people inside your home to perform services you cannot do yourself. Heating and AC service is a specialty and when gas and electricity is involved an untrained person is a fool to DIY. THE FIRST CALL is to The GOOD GUYS. It is the only number you will need.
Jason took the time to explain different ways to help with our heating cost, set our programmable thermostat for us and cleaned the electronic air cleaner on the furnace. Very happy with the service and the cost.
The technician was awesome, strait forward, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend The Good Guys and will use them in the future!

Knowledgeable and super friendly. They were willing to take the time to not only explain what they were doing, but also why they were doing it. They also were very thorough, checking the ducts, vents, gas pressure, motors, and various sensors. 10/10 would recommend again.
Good Guys installed our new furnace a year ago, we had it tuned up and we received the same good service.
Excellent customer service! Responded within an hour, very informative when explaining the issue and remedy. Plus, Aaron was just a great guy. I will highly recommend to all my friends that Good Guys should be their first and only call when they need help. -MJ
