This all happened during the weekend Indianapolis got 10+ inches of snow and temperatures were in the negatives. I woke up and my blower motor was making grinding / screeching noises. I called many places trying to get a technician to come out and help so I wouldn’t be stranded at my house with no heat. Good guys…

Our Heater stopped working on Tuesday night. I requested an emergency appointment on Wednesday and within a couple of minutes Beau called and said he would be there in an hour. Beau figured out quickly what the problem was and fixed it. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
