Once again, Michael did an exceptional job! Don't hesitate to give him a call!
Honest, trustworthy and professional, I had previous quotes of replacement item. Upon inspection WILLY determined the part did not need replacing which saved me approximately $1000 of unnecessary cost. Willy’s service team is my go to contractor.
The experience from first contact to the technician leaving my home was first rate, flawless. I highly recommend their service.
Good Guys is the best heating company I have ever used. They literally check all the boxes for efficient, honest, reliable, reasonable and friendly service. None better than Ryan.I won’t call anyone else!
Matt came out and diagnosed our problem with our furnace. It turned out to be an easy fix and didn't take long at all. I highly recommend giving him a call for your heating and cooling needs!
Matt was great. We will be getting a whole new system. But got us running while we wait. Really appreciate the fast honest work manship. Thank you
Have used good guys for several yrs. Arron is the best. Very honest
Griffin did a super job on tuning up the HVAC system and installing the duct work.
Good Guys responded to a buyer's inspection. Griffin, our technician, was super knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough job in testing, explaining and documenting all items in the general home inspection report that the buyer was questioning. Turns out the short cycling was caused by an over pressured…
Randy Turner with Good Guys has done repairs and maintenance on our heat pump. He is very responsive, thorough, and prices fairly. Highly recommended!
It took me 30 years of homeownership to find an HVAC company I trust and I have found it! Without hesitation, you should use Good Guys! They are honest, fair and do not try to sell you something during a service call that you do not need! Matt has been spectacular! I will eventually need a new system and will look nowhere else!
Josh did a great job! He was professional, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. He also took his time to explain what the issue was and answer any questions I had. We highly recommend Josh and Good Guys for any service.
Absolutely amazing customer service. My technician Ryan was amazing and explained everything step by step. I will absolutely continue using this company.
Josh was awesome. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. He made sure our system was working as it should. Thank you!
Have used them a couple of times. Always fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and decent priced.
This all happened during the weekend Indianapolis got 10+ inches of snow and temperatures were in the negatives. I woke up and my blower motor was making grinding / screeching noises. I called many places trying to get a technician to come out and help so I wouldn’t be stranded at my house with no heat. Good guys…
Aaron was incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with!
Our Heater stopped working on Tuesday night. I requested an emergency appointment on Wednesday and within a couple of minutes Beau called and said he would be there in an hour. Beau figured out quickly what the problem was and fixed it. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Fast and reliable company! Great service and price! Friendly staff too. This is my second time using the good guys and we highly recommend them!
Very reasonable and went above and beyond my expectations, would highly recommend
Our furnace went out at the worst time and coldest days yet this year. Anthony came out and diagnosed the problem, secured the part needed and had us back and heated up in no time. The app was easy to use and communication was great. Would definitely recommend and will use Good Guys in the future!

Ryan is FANTASTIC, knowledgeable, kind, and very professional!! He’s definitely the person to go to if you want a job done right :)
I started out with Johnnie back in 2017 when he came out on a service call for me and I have used Good Guys since. My nephew is a tech in HVAC and I do not use him or ask him for help. I would rather have Good Guys take care of me. What does that tell you? Craig Copeland has been taking care of for the last…
I highly recommend Good Guys service!! Eric Bryant is the best! He is very professional and polite. He did a great job on fixing the problem on my furnace! Keep up the great work!! I appeciate it, thanks!
Brian was great to work with! Bryce and Ryan were prompt, professional, good hearted folk who got our furnace replaced incredibly quickly. Short and sweet, but I would absolutely recommend this company.
I have used Good Guys Heating & Air Conditioning for multiple HVAC issues, and they have been nothing short of phenomenal every time. When my furnace broke in the dead of winter, and when my A/C broke in the dead of summer-- they were there! They are prompt, professional, reasonable, and reliable. I wouldn't think…
The inducer motor on our Bryant furnace went out and I came across Good Guys after doing a quick Google search. They were able to schedule us immediately and Matt provided excellent service. I received a prompt call back and prompt service. The technician is very nice and did a great job fixing the problem.
We can’t think Matt Parsons and Good Guys enough for finally fixing our furnace after it broke the Thursday before Christmas. We have a service contract with another HVAC company who installed our furnace, but that company wouldn’t even answer their phone until today. We spent 5 days without heat on our first floor…
Josh Maves was who we contacted to fix our heat. He was communicative, on time and treated us very very fairly.
Johnnie was soo quick to respond and soo gracious to come out on Christmas Eve to get our heater back up and running. We will call him in the future for any HVAC needs we have.
Arrived quickly and helped us out! I'd call on their services again. Recommended.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Ryan made us a priority on a weekend. Let alone it was a crawl space job and it was 17 degrees out this morning. Really appreciate the service I received from Good Guys Heating & Air Conditioning. Jason is very knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. He listened to what I had to say, and I didn't feel like he was trying to get over on me. I will use Good Guys again plus recommend to others. Great Service 👍
Twice in the last year they have come out to our home for different reasons and been able to quickly identify and solve the problems we were having. In one instance they were the third of three bids because the first big name company said we needed a full replacement. Instead Steve realized they were looking at the…
Very good experience! Ryan was super friendly, knowledgeable. More than willing to answer any and all questions that I had.

I had a fan motor go out on my outside condenser unit. I previously had another large, well known company service my system. However, when the motor went out they seemed to be pushing me to purchase a whole new unit unnecessarily. I found Good Guys through nextdoor and they had a tech out within a couple of…
These guys are great! I had no heat on a very cold Saturday! They responded quickly and came out late at night to make a repair on our furnace! They went out of there way to get a part 45 minutes away and repaired the furnace! I cannot thank them enough! Ryan runs a great business providing excellent work and value!
Mike was amazing- friendly, honest and fair. All the things you look for when someone is working in your home. Already have my AC appoint for April booked!

Quick, fair, honest assessment of furnace, no BS good price. Definitely will be my go to for all HVAC issues
We used another company before we knew about Good Guys. The other company demanded we needed a new furnace. They were so pushy. My coworker told me to call Good Guys. We didn’t have to call Good Guys until our furnace stopped working when it was 0 degrees out. Matt was able to come to our house within one hour of me…
We had our furnace go out on one of the coldest day of the year. I was able to schedule a same day appointment and Aaron came out and fixed our problem. He helped us diagnose the issue over the phone and brought the needed part with him. He was in and out within an hour and we were warm again in no time. These guys never disappoint!
Will call this professional company every time from now on. Thank you!
Emergency call. Good Guys were able to tackle it right away! Good price, Excellent Service! Highly Recommend!!
Scott was able to come out quickly, arrived on time, was professional and very kind. Fixed the problem with our furnace and was fairly priced. So happy to have heat again. Thank you!
Aaron arrived, identified the problem and then replaced fan motor. He checked for rotation on the motor and restarted the system. All is working well.
Good Guys offered a $30 discount on heating check-up, which I ordered. Scott Anthony provided the service. He was on-time, professional and a nice gentleman. He found a capacitor was likely to fail in the near future and I had it replaced. The part was on his truck and took minutes to install. I will only use Good Guys for my HVAC needs.
This was my first time using this company, I was referred by someone ... My tech was Eric Bryant and he was amazing !!! He was straight forward, proficient, and didnt make me feel like a stupid female when educating me on the issues I was having ... He could have taken me for a large few bills if he wanted to but he…
The technician was pleasant, professional and fast. He took the time to answer my questions and had my furnace back online in less than 90 minutes including making a parts run. I highly recommend Good Guys, and have already done so to my friends on Facebook.
Willy did a great job fixing my furnace. Highly recommend and will use again.
Knowledgeable and super friendly. They were willing to take the time to not only explain what they were doing, but also why they were doing it. They also were very thorough, checking the ducts, vents, gas pressure, motors, and various sensors. 10/10 would recommend again.
Ryan was great to work with and the experience was worry-free. He guaranteed a repair time and met that promise. We have heat just in time for the first freeze of the season. Thanks, Ryan!
Excellent customer service! Responded within an hour, very informative when explaining the issue and remedy. Plus, Aaron was just a great guy. I will highly recommend to all my friends that Good Guys should be their first and only call when they need help. -MJ
They came at an actual time, not in a range of several hours. WOW. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and very fair with what actually needed done and the price to do it. Repairs explained and expertly done. (Previous estimate (which I had to pay for) from another company was exaggerated in both price and needed…
