Furnace - annual service. Mark called ahead, and was on time. He is always pleasant to work with and explains things to us very well. We also had Mark and his team install a dual system in our two story home when the summer heat hit our area, and they did an excellent job. The upstairs is now much more enjoyable…
Great summer tune up service! Timely and professional.
Ryan is very professional, arrived on time, worked efficiently, and he cleaned up the work area. He is personable and gave me good advice on getting a smart thermostat and explained how a heat pump works.
Needed new AC and furnace. Most affordable quote (by thousands!) and most hardworking people we've ever hired for this type of job. We've tried other well-known companies you see on TV and they always send a salesperson - Good Guys just sent their highly knowledgeable and experienced technician and we got everything…
Tom was honest and detailed where are Dial One and ARS were vague and deceptive. They communicated effectively and clearly. Work was done on time and within budget. They have an interest free payment plan as well! I rarely feel good when dealing with contractors but this entire process was painless and easy. If…
Jeff, my technician, was prompt and polite. He was such a professional and made sure absolutely everything was done to perfection. I would even say he went above and beyond to make the installation perfect.
Absolutely amazing customer service. My technician Ryan was amazing and explained everything step by step. I will absolutely continue using this company.
When you lose heat on a super cold weekend and find out you need to replace your entire system, there is no better person to use than Eric at Good Guys. What a great experience!
Griffin Hall from Good Guys came for routine maintenance on our furnace and discover a crack in the firebox. This is a dangerous problem that he visually displayed and gently talked about replacement or repair. We went with replacement. Griffin and a technician worked most of the day with minimal if no disruption to…

Good Guys (Willy B) installed my central humidifier and new thermostat. I am very pleased with the work, professionalism, and ease of making appointments. Willy is very responsive via text - we worked out an install date and time window and he made the appointment for me. He kept in touch with me about timing on…
Randy was very professional. Called us within minutes of needing an emergency service and showed up very soon after. We decided to get an all new furnace and AC, no pressure at all, our decision. Willy Bentley of Good Guys is a really great contact if you want to get an HVAC installed. He is professional, knowledgeable, helps you save money where possible, and does the work within a short period of time after you meet with him for the bid! I will use him again and again. Very nice guy, too.

Matt and his Crew were AWESOME! Provided topnotch service in all aspects. Highly recommend using The Good Guys :)!
They were very thorough to address all the issues that my heat pump had. They had a quick response when my AC's capacitor needed replacing. Nearly a year since my initial issues, and it is all working great. Edit: They continue to provide great service!
Good Guys was recommended to me by a few friends and then I did my own research and saw all the 5 star reviews causing me to be a little skeptical. Then our AC went out and I went ahead and contacted Randy Turner with Good Guys. From the very first text, I cannot overstate how great Randy was. He was patient,…
