Great service, friendly and professional. Especially liked the communication with the Service Tech who brought and installed the specialty part needed to quickly resolve our AC issue. We appreciate the quick turnaround, back to cool air. Thank you so much!
Sean Small is the best. He is efficient and knows the systems! Highly recommend Good Guys for any of your needs.

JD and his team from Good Guys took care of all my HVAC needs. Excellent work. Professional. CLEAN!! Can't recommend them enough.
It took me 30 years of homeownership to find an HVAC company I trust and I have found it! Without hesitation, you should use Good Guys! They are honest, fair and do not try to sell you something during a service call that you do not need! Matt has been spectacular! I will eventually need a new system and will look nowhere else!
Josh did a great job! He was professional, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. He also took his time to explain what the issue was and answer any questions I had. We highly recommend Josh and Good Guys for any service.
Absolutely amazing customer service. My technician Ryan was amazing and explained everything step by step. I will absolutely continue using this company.
This all happened during the weekend Indianapolis got 10+ inches of snow and temperatures were in the negatives. I woke up and my blower motor was making grinding / screeching noises. I called many places trying to get a technician to come out and help so I wouldn’t be stranded at my house with no heat. Good guys…
I wouldn't trust anyone else with my house mechanicals. Trustworthy and always very well priced.
Update 11/20/24 Craig called me to set up the furnace check and made it so easy. Another great experience! ____________ Update 12/7/23 - Needed a service for an outside porch mini split and logged a ticket at 10:30 pm. Craig was there at 8:30 the next morning. Continued great experience. ————————————— Craig is by…

My air conditioner stopped working in mid June. I called Good guys and they had Matt out here that same afternoon. He was very friendly and professional. Explained everything as he went as well as offered recommendations on how to prolong the life of my air conditioner. He was able to fix the problem and get my air…

My A/C unit wasn’t blowing cool air. Danny Glaze from Lafayette, Indiana branch came less than an hour later. Found out my unit was leaking Refrigerant. He repaired the leak and fill my unit back up with refrigerant. Now my house is no longer an oven!
These guys were timely and terrific and fun to work with, I appreciated them so much.
Imagine waking up on Christmas Eve morning on a weekend with no heat and icy cold temperatures outside. You call 7 different places to get your heat repaired, but only one even bothers to call you back. This happened to me, and the only company to call me back and get a tech out was Good Guys! They have won my…
Bryce and Ryan were prompt, professional, good hearted folk who got our furnace replaced incredibly quickly. Short and sweet, but I would absolutely recommend this company.
Aaron was friendly and very informative. Quick to respond and had me up and running in no time. Top notch. Will definitely use again.
I have used Good Guys Heating & Air Conditioning for multiple HVAC issues, and they have been nothing short of phenomenal every time. When my furnace broke in the dead of winter, and when my A/C broke in the dead of summer-- they were there! They are prompt, professional, reasonable, and reliable. I wouldn't think…
Do not use these guys for anything plumbing related. Have a leak in a condensate line. Tech said he was uncomfortable cutting PVC to make the repairs and would pass on to their plumber (strange comment for a HVAC tech but okay). He said expect a call tomorrow afternoon. Two days came and went with no call or…
Matt was friendly, fast, and helpful!
Johnnie was soo quick to respond and soo gracious to come out on Christmas Eve to get our heater back up and running. We will call him in the future for any HVAC needs we have.

Great service, fast! I had an issue with my 20+ year old air handler...of course it would happen on one of the coldest days of the season. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Ryan made us a priority on a weekend. Let alone it was a crawl space job and it was 17 degrees out this morning. He worked for over 8 hours in this cold weather to make sure my family would be comfortable. He has been so much more than ever expected. I am a business owner myself…

Billy was great! We called Friday evening as our AC had stopped working. Due to the cool evening, we set up an appointment for the first thing Saturday morning. He diagnosed the issue and found a compressor that he could get for us. He even made sure that our unit was not still under warranty before ordering it. In…
Aaron was extremely professional and courteous. Identified the problem and completed the repair in a timely manner. Would recommend this organization and Aaron without hesitation.
Ryan went over and beyond by researching cigar lounge ventilation and finding the right products to offer the cleanest air possible for our new cigar lounge in Ingalls, IN - Final Third Cigar & Whiskey Lounge. This company responded to my service request within a few hours on a Friday afternoon when my AC stopped working. Another company had come out 2 days earlier, misdiagnosed the problem then failed to return when I called them back. Good Guys not only correctly diagnosed the problem, but when it was determined the…

Excellent service and very fast. Had them at my house within an hour or so for far less $ than anyone else. Not exactly happy with what we found out but (very expensive repair needed..).. the service is great! Absolutely recommend them. 👌
Aaron was responsive and extremely professional. He explained everything as well as answered my questions. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended!!
I was solo parenting and realized my AC was out on an 85 degree day. I scheduled with Good Guys online and had someone to me within an hour and a half. Tyler was so helpful and diagnosed the issue quickly. He quoted me a few different options. Once it was all complete and I had air again, I saw the charge and…
My experience with Good Guys was great! My professional was Ryan F, he was very polite and knowledgeable. Its kind of weird/awkward having strangers in your home even for a service, however I was very comfortable with Ryan. I am a new customer with GoodGuys and cant say enough positive things about my experience. Give them a call, Ask for Ryan F!
Repair on our HVAC was expected but we didn’t know when so when the fan finally quit, I called. Since the problem had already been spotted, it was just a matter of checking our file, find the part, drive out and put it in. It seemed so easy.
Good Guys installed an electric heat pump/ AC for us last summer. They were super easy to work with and were the first to respond in a very hot time. They were swamped but fit us in! Last week our furnace was not heating in the frigid cold, and again they came to the rescue- later at night, after asking if…
Mark was super professional and very knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining everything and I never felt like I was being upsold. I had a very old HVAC system that I knew would need to be replaced soon. Mark gave me tips on maintaining the current system until it was necessary to replace. When I finally had…
Ryan was quick, friendly, efficient and professional. Got the job done for less than half of what a competitor quoted, and was complete in 30 minutes. Highly recommend, will use again.
I went with my gut to trust all of the positive reviews that Good Guys get, and I am SO happy that I did. The reviews are all TRUE! This is an outstanding business. In about an hour's time from my first call, Ryan French was already servicing my heater. 10 minutes later, my heat was restored. THANK YOU, Ryan! ... I…
Quick response time and excellent service! Danny was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked very quickly. He answered all of our questions and even gave us a discount on the repair. Would highly recommend Good Guys!
Great Experience. Excellent customer service. Fair Price. I use Good Guys Heating & AC for all my HVAC needs...the best in town !!
I found this employee owned company very honest & trustworthy; when I bought our new house, the inspector said the A/C is very old and should be replaced. When I called Good guys to get an estimate for the replacement, they acknowledged that the A/C unit is very old but at the same time it is working properly and…
Our tech, Tom, knew exactly what to do to get our AC back on and spent time answering our questions since we were unfamiliar with our system. He was able to come earlier than our initial appointment which was great! Thank you!
