Jon was fantastic. Easy to communicate with, gave me heads up when he was coming during the schedule time frame. He told me what needed to be done and asked if ok. He even wore shoe covers in my house which was nice. Very nice and easy to work with. He replaced my hot water heater. I can't recommend he and Good Guys…

They were very thorough to address all the issues that my heat pump had. They had a quick response when my AC's capacitor needed replacing. Nearly a year since my initial issues, and it is all working great. Edit: They continue to provide great service!

Danny showed up at my house the same day when my AC went out in the middle of August. With an infant at home, he understood the urgency for getting this repaired quickly.
