For these people whom I did not entirely trust at first, I have encountered true phenomena of faith and family again and again. For those who can afford, Good Shepherd works it's best to pair your family with a caregiver whose chemistry is strong with your family, and who can eventually feel like a trusted friend, or even a family member. Professional, Helpful, Genuine. I cannot name a soul on their roster thar doesn't love what they do and love the people they work with. Driven, Dependable folk through and through.

We are saddened by your review and the accusation that we are taking advantage of others. We believe and strive to serve our community the best we can, by providing a high-quality service with competitive pricing.
Our dispatch team gives a quote for all services before picking up. Our transportation company offers wheelchair and stretcher services which is greatly different than basic transportation cost with Uber & Lyft. For wheelchair transportation services we charge $60.00 one-way, plus a milage fee and for round-trip we charge $120.00, plus a mileage fee. With the clientele we work with, hiring the best drivers who train to load, un-load, and transport our clients safely, and the high cost of operating and insurance cost, our vehicles are rates are drastically higher than independent contractors with Lyft & Uber.
