Most customers praise the shop for professional communication, punctual repairs, and high-quality bodywork that leaves vehicles looking new. Positive feedback frequently mentions helpful staff and thorough cleaning upon delivery. However, a minority of low-star reviews criticize delayed completion times, lack of status updates, and instances where repairs failed or caused additional damage to the vehicle.
