Great customer service and repair quality. Pleasant people who use automated text messages to keep you updated (finally a repair shop living in 2025!). Heads up: getting your car to (and from) the shop is very chaotic. There are a bunch of auto-related shops on their street that are also moving vehicles around

Gotham City Collision West was incredibly professional, courteous, and did a phenomenal job repairing my car. The repairs were completed exactly when promised and they kept me up to date on everything. Eddie Kute was extremely helpful and personable and handled everything.
