Gotham Collision is a fantastic shop. Very professional. Our Tesla looks like new after they changed a panel and back fender. Thanks for a great job.
Excellent service. Handled all the insurance paperwork morass. Got everything taken care earlier than estimated.
I brought my car to be repaired back in Jan. My door and mirror were wrecked. The personnel at Gotham was super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. When i got my car back, it was even better than before. Thanks Gotham!
The team went above and beyond. The car was basically like it was driven off the lot. Will definitely recommend GCC for everyone.

During the January 2026 snowstorm, I unfortunately tore off my front bumper while trying to get out of my snowed-in parking spot. I went through my insurance, and my vehicle was towed to this shop for repairs. The car arrived on a Tuesday, and an estimate was completed by that Friday. It took until the first week…
My car was parked when a hit-and-run occurred, and my insurance company recommended that I bring it here. The repair took about three weeks, but when I came back to pick up my car, I was very impressed. Not only was the damage repaired perfectly so the car looked like new, but the interior had also been cleaned…
The work was excellent, very good communication, and friendly people.
Gotham city collision took excellent care of my car while I was away on my vacation! They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. I would recommend their service to friends and family.
Thorough, pleasant and efficient
this shop was very very professional , my car was returned to me on the promised date....the job that they did came out great. I would highly recommend them.
From start to finish, the staff at Gotham City Collision answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with calm professionalism, and worked extra effort to complete my repair in time for me to pick up my car for an out of state road trip. I am thrilled with the result, and will engage them for any future auto body work.
Gotham handled this rather complicated repair beautifully. Their communication and customer service was fantastic. The 5 year old car looked new when they were finished. They now have a life long customer!
Really excellent work. They lived up to the hype of the good Google reviews that came before. They were prompt, polite, knowledgeable, helpful. They worked with Geico directly and were able to hammer out a price problem without me having to lift a finger.
Juan and his team are 5 stars for the amazing and personal service they provide ON TOP of the highest quality work you would expect from them as experts in the auto body and collision field. They repaired and repainted my front hood after a minor collision, paint matching my 2012 IS F perfectly. I went back again…
My overall experience with Gotham City was amazing. The entire team was helpful throughout the whole process. Shout out to Mo, Val, Eddie, Gio and the rest of the staff at Gotham City Collision. I just finished paying my car off and was hit by the parked car that was pulling into traffic not even a full week after. First thing I did was start worrying about everything lol. But the staff at Gotham helped with that and h guy…
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars – Outstanding Service and Care! I was recently in a car accident on September 22nd that damaged the entire passenger side of my Camaro. It all happened so fast, and I was shaken and worried about how things would turn out. The first thing that brought me comfort was remembering Gothamn…
Im very satisfied with the customer service and the attention to detail of this body shop. I was devastated when my car sustained damage from an accident, and they were able to make it brand new again! They also did a fantastic job painting and installing a spoiler for my car. Gotham City are literally the best body shop I’ve ever worked with. I got rear-ended in my brand new (to me) vehicle by someone with low-budget out-of-state insurance. I was worried that it would be difficult or impossible to get the minor damage repaired without a huge hassle. Gotham literally handled it start to…
Easily the best in the business. Best in NYC. Trustworthy, professional, great customer service! Communicative from start to finish. No need to shop around. You and your vehicle are in good hands with Gotham! Thank you to Eddie, Val and team!
Great shop. Very attentive and go above and beyond to make their clients happy including myself
Great customer service and repair quality. Pleasant people who use automated text messages to keep you updated (finally a repair shop living in 2025!). Heads up: getting your car to (and from) the shop is very chaotic. There are a bunch of auto-related shops on their street that are also moving vehicles around
Gotham City Collision West was incredibly professional, courteous, and did a phenomenal job repairing my car. The repairs were completed exactly when promised and they kept me up to date on everything. Eddie Kute was extremely helpful and personable and handled everything.

Highly recommended. The repairs were done professionally and on time.
Great shop, from the customer service to the craftmanship, best collision repair service I have had, reasonable prices as well, not to many shops like this out there, glad they helped me out.
I needed some bumper/rear end scratch repairs done on my Jeep and it looks like nothing ever happened. The office was super organized, friendly, and communicative and made the whole process seamless. They also work directly with GEICO which made everything so much easier for me. Would definitely recommend!
Gotham City Collision did an impeccable job on the repair. In addition, the staff is friendly and they had car ready way ahead of the estimated completion date. It also gave me piece of mind that they use Honda authentic parts as I own an Accord. 100% recommend this shop!
Great service and work! Very professional. My vehicle left the shop as good as new!
Shop was highly recommended and my experience was such.
Extremely disappointed! Poor quality of work. Did not complete my bumper and instead just polished it and tried to hide the damage. I picked the car up at night so was not able to inspect it properly. Messed up my side mirror and refused to take any responsibility for it, instead only focused into wanting to file…
I was very happy with all the services. They kept me updated on my repairs by text. They even detailed my Chevy before I picked up.
I have used these guys a couple of times as a cash pay customer. (not through insurance) I'm very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. Both times I dealt with Axel and got exactly the results I wanted. I'm quite particular about how I want things and notice small imperfections. Axel completely…
Very professional and efficient. All of the employees were very pleasant and easy to work with
My Tesla was damaged and Gotham City Collision provided excellent care, repair work, and responsive customer service as my hood and bumper was replaced and painted. Would 100% return to the shop if work is ever needed again. Certified Tesla shop and worked hand in hand with my insurance.
Gotham city collision was by far the best experience I have had in automotive repair. They were professional, experienced, and reliable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision repair.
I brought my Q5 to have it fixed 2 weeks ago because Gotham City Collision has a good review. Gotham City Collision was able to fix the front damage bumper and fender and they did a good job. I picked up my car on October 18 and since I have high expectations with Gotham City Collision, I only checked the fixed…
Quality work and very helpful & professional staff - would like to recommend to anyone looking for quality work Overall the process took longer but primarily due to supply chain delays - wish they had provided regular updates is the only minor issue but not major one that I wouldn't go back for other work of needed in the future
The staff is amazing. They work hard to make you happy with the work, and appreciate the value they deliver. Great work. I've been there twice, and would recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired.
Super professional, great craftsmanship, quick turn around. Can't recommend them enough.
I have been unfortunate enough to have my cars repaired multiple times over the last year. After my first incident I've come back every time. The people are friendly, down to earth and the work is always exceptional. I hope the business continues to flourish.
The team was extremely helpful and kind throughout the repair process, and they were able to move up my repair so we could have our car back in time for our summer travels. It was a pleasure to work with them and so great to have their updates on the repair process via text. 100% satisfied!
We moved from Long Island City to Hoboken, NJ a couple years ago, yet we returned all the way back to Gotham City for recent repairs on our BMW X7. They are both (a) very good at their craft and (b) extremely friendly/easy to communicate with. Really believe Gotham City is the best shop in the area. We won’t go to any other shop - for us it’s Gotham City.
Outstanding job. Like new factory work. Would recommend to anyone who only wants the best.
Excellent repair job and outstanding customer service.
Super easy to work with. They are very prompt, return calls (which I have found sadly unusual) and do excellent work.
Excellent work and service.thanks
Gotham City Collision damaged my car's throttle while performing body work. I drove my car, which was fully functioning, to Gotham City Collision for body work and when it was "ready" my car would not go over 5 mph and I found myself in traffic in a very dangerous situation. I left my car there, received no call…

My car got hit parked on the street a few weeks ago and my entire front bumper/grill, quarter panel and light were pretty damaged. I brought my car to Gotham City Collision and was extremely happy with my choice of auto body shop! The service was beyond amazing. Chris and Laurie did a great job guiding me through…
I have no compliments with the Gotham City Collision team. I appreciate how they kept me informed along the whole way , right until the keys were back in my hand. Thanks!

Our Volvo XC90 was recently involved in an accident with an MTA Bus, causing damage to the front bumper and driver wheel well. It was our first auto accident and an overall upsetting experience, but fortunately we connected with the team at Gotham - they are fantastic in all regards. We are insured with Geico, and…

Everything was done beautifully and on time. The car looks great and everyone at Gotham city was super nice. Thank you Mike for all your help. You are a true gentleman.
They did an awesome job on my Hyundai Elantra! They are really friendly and the lady that works at the front desk....Damia....kept me so informed and made the whole experience painless. I highly recommend.
Everyone was professional and friendly. I went to change my rear bumper. Juan helped me out with the quote on an original part, their text update system and the front desk lady Lulu(?) kept me updated. I forget the name, maybe Chris, helped me out with the check out and everything was smooth and well-taken care of. Highly recommend.
Exceptional work.
Happy that I chose to bring my car to Gotham City Collision. My airbag was stolen and I needed it to be repaired among other things. Professional service since the initial phone call. Beautifully job done on my car and they offer warranty that’s an A+. I would totally recommend them to anyone.
Had a great experience with Gotham City! My car was hit and the repairs were covered by someone else’s insurance as they were at fault. Once I dropped off the car, it was clear to Gotham that the insurance estimate would not cover the full costs. They worked directly with the insurance company to get everything…
