Great service

Excellent service and workmanship

This company is absolutely wonderful. They fixed my car so well.. It looks and fell brand new. Thank you.

Gotham City does great work. To say they are experts would be an understatement. My car came out of the shop looking brand new with seamlessly blended paint. You may have to be a little bit persistent to get time on their schedule, but it is well worth it!

Excellent service. Handled all the insurance paperwork morass. Got everything taken care earlier than estimated.

I brought my car to be repaired back in Jan. My door and mirror were wrecked. The personnel at Gotham was super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. When i got my car back, it was even better than before. Thanks Gotham!

The team went above and beyond. The car was basically like it was driven off the lot. Will definitely recommend GCC for everyone.

Could not recommend more highly—Every aspect of the experience at Gotham City was exceptional. I am sorry to say I need to revise this review from a five star experience to a one star result. Within one year the top layer of paint on the front bumper started to split and delaminate. I went back and was told it likely came from someone else doing a repair I did not know about, which is impossible. After some… Read full review

My car was parked when a hit-and-run occurred, and my insurance company recommended that I bring it here. The repair took about three weeks, but when I came back to pick up my car, I was very impressed. Fast and friendly.

Gotham handled this rather complicated repair beautifully. Their communication and customer service was fantastic. The 5 year old car looked new when they were finished. They now have a life long customer!

Juan and his team are 5 stars for the amazing and personal service they provide ON TOP of the highest quality work you would expect from them as experts in the auto body and collision field. They repaired and repainted my front hood after a minor collision, paint matching my 2012 IS F perfectly. I went back again… Read full review

The best body shop in NYC. Very professional and super fast repair process. The car looks brand new.

Best place in New York

Highly recommended. The repairs were done professionally and on time.

Great shop, from the customer service to the craftmanship, best collision repair service I have had, reasonable prices as well, not to many shops like this out there, glad they helped me out.

I needed some bumper/rear end scratch repairs done on my Jeep and it looks like nothing ever happened. The office was super organized, friendly, and communicative and made the whole process seamless. They also work directly with GEICO which made everything so much easier for me. Would definitely recommend!

A great well run body shop

Shop was highly recommended and my experience was such.

Extremely disappointed! Poor quality of work. Did not complete my bumper and instead just polished it and tried to hide the damage. I picked the car up at night so was not able to inspect it properly. Messed up my side mirror and refused to take any responsibility for it, instead only focused into wanting to file… Read full review

I have used these guys a couple of times as a cash pay customer. (not through insurance) I'm very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. My Tesla was damaged and Gotham City Collision provided excellent care, repair work, and responsive customer service as my hood and bumper was replaced and painted. Would 100% return to the shop if work is ever needed again. Certified Tesla shop and worked hand in hand with my insurance.

I brought my Q5 to have it fixed 2 weeks ago because Gotham City Collision has a good review. Gotham City Collision was able to fix the front damage bumper and fender and they did a good job. Super professional, great craftsmanship, quick turn around. Can't recommend them enough.

I have been unfortunate enough to have my cars repaired multiple times over the last year. After my first incident I've come back every time. The people are friendly, down to earth and the work is always exceptional. I hope the business continues to flourish.

We moved from Long Island City to Hoboken, NJ a couple years ago, yet we returned all the way back to Gotham City for recent repairs on our BMW X7. They are both (a) very good at their craft and (b) extremely friendly/easy to communicate with. Really believe Gotham City is the best shop in the area. We won’t go to any other shop - for us it’s Gotham City.

Outstanding job. Like new factory work. Would recommend to anyone who only wants the best.

Super easy to work with. They are very prompt, return calls (which I have found sadly unusual) and do excellent work.

Excellent work and service.thanks

Gotham City Collision damaged my car's throttle while performing body work. I drove my car, which was fully functioning, to Gotham City Collision for body work and when it was "ready" my car would not go over 5 mph and I found myself in traffic in a very dangerous situation. I left my car there, received no call… Read full review

Gotham City Collision did an amazing job with my Range Rover. Customer service was off the hook with courtesy and professionalism.

Exceptional service and professionalism. Awesome organization. They made my 2008 H2 Hummer look like brand new after an unfortunate accident. They made me whole again. Take a look at the pictures...photo 2 thru 6 those are the before photos

This is the second vehicle I brought to Gotham after being involved in an accident (rear ended this time). Juan is very knowledgeable in his field and very professional. Work came out flawless. Again thanks a lot and congrats on the Maspeth Location ( sent my friend there with a white e92 and he also loved the result)

I had an excellent experience with Gotham City Collision after being rear ended. My car looks new! They were courteous, efficient, and worked directly with my insurance company, which was a huge help. 5 stars!
