The ladies at Grand Paws Pet Siyyer ate WONDERFUL! Kit and Claire took such wonderful care of my dogs and cat while I was out of town - sending the most adorable pictures and making sure I knew how my sweet darlings were doing while I was away. I cannot thank them enough and I highly recommend Dana and her team if you need help with your own fur babies!

I cannot say enough good things about Dana and her team at Grand Paws! In January another dog sitter cancelled on me the day before a trip to Mexico. I was panicked! I read the reviews about Grand Paws and give Dana a call. She did everything possible to move her schedule around, come meet my sweet puppy before I left, and took care of every detail while I was gone. She is heaven sent! Dana and her team have dog sat for me many times since and my dog absolutely loves them! They are conscientious, they show up when they say they will, and they go above and beyond to make sure that my puppy is loved on each and every visit. Highly recommend!

We were so lucky to find them! We had a last minute cancellation with our last petsitter right before we were going out of town. I called Dana and she promptly got back to me. They were able to help at the very last minute over a holiday week PLUS we have a diabetic cat that requires 2 injections each day. They came each day and gave frequent updates on our cats and brought in the mail. We are so thankful and will be using them from now on!

If you are wondering who the owner of Grand Paws Pet Sitter is, and whether they would be right person to entrust with your pets…well, let me put your mind to rest: Dana IS that person! My first experience with Grand Paws was unique. We were planning a week’s vacation with my family, to include my parents. My mother (who was just recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s) has a very sweet Bengal cat named Stella. As my mother’s illness has progressed, Stella has become more of a therapy cat. Stella means the world to my mother. So much so, she will rarely go out of town for even one night because she is worried about leaving her. It was important to us that my mother have a wonderful time on our family vacation, and to not be in a constant state of worry about her Stella. Enter Dana! My very first conversation with Dana immediately put my mind at ease. First of all, Dana understood what we were going through on a very personal level…her mother had also had Alzheimer’s. I felt heard, and understood. On top of that, my parent’s house was well outside of Grand Paws coverage area, but Dana made an exception for us, and took care of Stella. Before our trip, Dana came over and met with me, my parents and Stella. She bonded with my mom right away, earning her trust (Stella, too)! While we were on vacation, Dana sent us daily updates about Stella, including photos and videos. My mom looked forward to the daily updates, and was able to pick up her phone anytime and be reminded that Stella was in good hands. We owe our vacation, full of happy memories, to Dana…she was truly a Godsend!

We first heard about Grand Paws Pet Sitter in an article in the Willow Bend Neighbors Magazine. We just recently used their services for the first time. Our sitter, Spencer, was exceptional. Not only did he take great care of our dog, but the communication was amazing. We appreciated all the updates and pictures! Our dog was happy, safe and comfortable while we were away which gave us great peace of mind. We have already booked Grand Paws for another pet sitting service!! Dana at Grand Paws Pet Sitter is truly a gem. She takes amazing care of my French Bulldogs, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her compassion and dedication. One of my dogs is unable to walk and wears a diaper, which requires extra time, patience, and care and Dana handles it all with such grace and love. She goes above and beyond, not just tending to their needs, but playing with them, loving on them, and making sure they feel safe and happy. I trust her completely in my home and with my dogs, who are truly like children to me. It’s a rare thing to find someone so dependable and kind. I’ve been a client of Grand Paws Pet Sitter since 2017. My cat is now over 15 years old and when I’m away from home, Dana gives him the most loving care. She gives him his pills and insulin twice a day. She will stay overnight with him and has even taken him to a vet appointment when I was out of town for a family emergency. I feel so comfortable with Grand Paws Pet Sitter in my home and taking care of my fur baby.

Called to ask about help for my four dogs and bird. Let her know I’m a petsitter also. She asked about bonding and insurance, which I was honest about not having. And she started chastising me saying,”you go into peoples’ homes and don’t have that?” It was so incredibly awkward and gave me the ick! I’m a vet tech, know pet CPR, and my clients love me and I love them! I know exactly who NOT to trust with my pets. ****She’s now leaving threatening voicemails and playing the victim. Dana, you came at me with venom when I simply stated the truth. You are icky. I’m glad you are loved by your clients. We will never refer to you or be one of them. Yikes. Second edit: How are you confused? I sent you THIS EXACT MESSAGE: “Hi, there! I have four dogs and a parrot and leave town periodically and wonder what you would charge for three visits daily for them. They are on a once per day feeding schedule in the evenings. No medications. I’m at Coit and 15th.” I never once asked you to help me with a client professionally. This was for my own personal pets. I’m done responding to your ridiculous made up reality. You know you were nasty and instantly regretted it. Live in that regret. You should be nicer to potential clients.

I recently went on a two week vacation and was looking for a reliable pet sitter with many years of experience and found Grand Paws Pet Sitter to be the winner. Dana McKool, the owner, and Tracy the pet sitter have been wonderful to work with. Tracy took such good care of my cat while I was gone. Daily, I would receive updates of my cat's wellbeing as well as pictures. The first day of my being away there were issues with the digital key to my apartment. Dana and Tracy went above and beyond during that time to ensure they can get to my cat as soon as possible. I highly recommend the pet sitting service at Grand Paws Pet Sitter because of the top notch service that was provided. I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying about my furry baby.
