Grant Inspection Services at a glance
Customers frequently praise the company for providing comprehensive, detailed reports, punctual service, and clear communication during home, four-point, and wind mitigation inspections. Recurring themes highlight the inspectors' professionalism and ability to explain findings in understandable terms. However, some low-star reviews criticize the pricing structure, specifically regarding fees for additional services like hardcopy reports or four-point inspections on newer homes, as well as instances where inspections were deemed inconclusive without refunds.

Buying a new home is stressful enough without dealing with amateur home inspections. Grant's is the real deal. From my first phone to schedule the inspection to receiving Mason's complete, 65 page report on the home. Grant's deliveries.

Daniel, thank you so much for the kind words — and for trusting us during one of the biggest decisions of your life. Mason takes real pride in those reports, and it's great to hear that came through. We've had so many people in but no one took the time and effort John did. He explored and explained every test to our understanding...even came back on his own time to explain in person. Not many companies out there that really care about their customers health. His expertise was able to pin point high CO2 readings because lack of ventilation in our home. Bottom line is John found our issue, and willing to help us fix it not just pass us off to next guy. Do not hesitate to call. His steady calmness is a breath of fresh air. (Parton the pun!)

Thank you so much, Brendalee, for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and heartfelt review! We truly appreciate your trust in John and Grant Inspection Services, especially after everything you had been experiencing. We're so glad John was able to take the time to thoroughly investigate the situation, explain the testing and results in a way that made sense, and help identify the ventilation issue contributing to the elevated CO2 readings. We believe our job goes beyond simply performing tests—we want our clients to understand what we're finding and what steps they can take moving forward. Your kind words about John's patience, calmness, and willingness to come back and explain everything in person mean a great deal to us. Thank you again for your recommendation and for trusting Grant Inspection Services. And we have to say… we absolutely loved the “breath of fresh air” pun! 😊 We wish you and your family all the best!

Review from Google · view on GoogleMason was the kindest inspector but very intense with his inspection. He was quick and checked every nook and cranny to make sure we are safe in the house. It was pleasant to see that family safety came first and foremost with the inspection. Mason was so friendly and non intrusive with his exam. The Grant company are the most helpful honest people to work with. Gods blessing for us for sure. Thank you
