When I purchased my new home in northern Texas the sprinkler system was already installed. However the sprinkler heads were not straight and some were too high and some too low. None were correct. Previous company I used was a national company…getting a problem resolved was an issue. Grassperson is local, so I can talk to a customer rep right away and get the issue addressed. I had a problem with the lawn and they even sent out someone to check it out and offer solutions.
Grassperson has been taking care of our yard for years with mowing and other upkeep as needed. They are always professional and thorough. Recently they cleaned up our flower beds. Technicians Armando, Samuel, Ignacio, and Ivan did an excellent job. I highly recommend Grassperson for your landscape needs.
I have used multiple sprinkler repair people over the years but found Grassperson to be very professional, punctual, responsive, uses high quality materials, and of equal importance, is very responsive to problems that arise.
