This place really helped me out. It is hard to stick to every day, but my technician Konrad made it a lot easier! He kept engaged and focused, we would watch a baking bake off at every session since I’m a baker. I could have not finished the treatment without Konrads encouragement! Thank you!☺️

Great and effective. A special mention for Konrad the tech who patiently operated the machine for me and stayed late for my treatment. Sweet guy. Anyway I have felt a big difference, NO looping thoughts, no all day long deep depression, more stable mood and clarity of mind. I recommend it.

I and my family want to thank the staff at Hoffman Estates. My family has noticed the big positive difference and are very happy. You always feel welcome and understood. I am very happy to be enjoying my family and life.
Konrad was a big plus factor in my treatment as far as I am concerned. The machine works on your brain but the technician makes the treatment experience a great or not so great experience.
Konrad is professional, knowledgeable, positive, considerate, amiable, so empathetic and not phony. Very dedicated to his profession and education.
I have to say that Konrad is very patient and a great listener. You notice these things after 23 years of failed treatments. I would just go on about my grandkids and my not so funny jokes. After 36 treatments you get to know a person a little bit.
Konrad made me feel comfortable, relaxed and looking forward to my next treatment session.

I had a great experience here! The staffs are lovely and wonderful people. They made sure that you’re comfortable the entire time. They have water & snacks available as well as a tv (for you to control, if you’d like) while you’re receiving your treatment. I honestly have no idea what to expect since it’s my first time getting TMS treatments, but everything went well! Smoothly!
