Great guy, very flexible, arrived on time, did a fantastic job. Will recommend 2024 update: repeat customer (2023 & 2022) however the quality appears to be going down. Removed 2 stars (now a 3 star rating, previously 5 stars) to alert mgmt.
We've used Greenworks Carpet Cleaning since 2017, and they always do a great job cleaning our carpets that dries quick and are pet and baby friendly. Their scheduling system is super easy and convenient and great customer service as well. We just scheduled our next carpet cleaning! :)

Eric was friendly, professional, and right on time. Our carpets look great and the solution he used was fresh smelling, not like chemicals! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company to anyone, especially those with children and/or pets in their home. Oh...and our carpet was legit dry within an hour!

They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule my original appointment and very communicative when they learned they were double booked on my reschedule date. When cleaning they let me know when they found a few stains and confirmed that if there were any issues…
