I have a approx 25 year old door that the springs finally failed and the bearings had been noisy (one was almost totally seized which I already knew). Called and they came out within several hours ( I assume that isn't always the case but I happen to get on the same day schedule). Technician was polite, personable, very well spoken and knowledgeable. He did not communicate with an up-sales posture - he clearly was skill-based. He studied the door and offered several options: minimum "let's get it functional again" with reasoning and clear description of what must be replaced (old plastic bushings are no longer a thing, broken spring, seized up bearing, etc), a second option which was everything that "recommend be done with a medium risk of failure but not quite dire" perspective and then the high option (update everything that is worn out or outdated). I chose an option and he repaired/replaced everything and made sure to explain the things he did and why. Total time was around an hour for repairs and he left no trace (scraps, dirt, etc). Price was within my expectations. Highly recommend.
