Joe was outstanding a performed the annual maintenance on furnace , hot water tank, and A/C unit . Everything was in normal parameters. Highly recommend HALCO the staff is professional, knowledgeable, and polite .
Acacia serviced our geothermal and two split systems today. She was very professional and took the time to explain what she was doing and showed us a few things she discovered during the service. We’ve been Halco customers for 9+ years now and couldn’t recommend them any more highly.
HALCO sent Tim to provide our annual furnace and heat pump maintenance. Tim was the most thorough, conscientious technician we have had. Knowledgeable in both boiler-hot water heat and heat pump air conditioning. He offered efficiency guidance and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with HALCO service.
We had Acacia come to do maintenance (no charge we are on contract) on our heat pump and hot water heater. She came even earlier than she expected which was nice. No rush, stayed long enough to see that everything was working well and tested. Very efficient and friendly...and my dogs liked her too.
We have switched all our properties to Halco because of their reliably good service and deep knowledge base.
Ian and Randall completed the duct cleaning in an efficient and professional manner.
