We had Acacia come to do maintenance (no charge we are on contract) on our heat pump and hot water heater. She came even earlier than she expected which was nice. No rush, stayed long enough to see that everything was working well and tested. Very efficient and friendly...and my dogs liked her too.
My point of use hot water failed on Saturday. The repairman was at the house that afternoon, part ordered, and installed early Monday. Excellent service and service technicians.
