Cory was fantastic. He took time to explain our different options and was very knowledgeable about the products.
We got a new heat pump system including a water heater which was giving us some problems cooling the living space. Halco was responsive to our concerns and worked with us to resolve the situation eventually replacing the whole water heater with another design. They care about their customer service rating and are committed to do right by their customers

I am very pleased with the work they have done for me. They put a furnace, air conditioning, and fixed my gas leak. They were prompt and very helpful during the process.

Jenni and Trevor did a great job installing our multi zone heating and cooling mini split units. They were very professional, communicating what and when they were doing, demonstrating how to use the systems, and keeping the worksites neat. Everything was done in three days.

Halco is always great.
On our Seneca Lake property, under emergency conditions (old furnace failed; outdoor temperatures in the teens), Halco (Phelps) installed new furnace within 2 days of old furnace failure and AC unit 4 days later. New furnace is operating flawlessly; AC unit will be tuned up when temperatures get warmer.
They went above and beyond doing the work that was done at my home respectful of my property made sure they cleaned up after themselves explained everything they did made sure I reviewed everything before they left thank you all so much sorry about the late review

Brandon was knowledgeable of heat pumps and looked out for the consumer as best he could. Double checked everything to make the next step in the process go as smoothly as possible. The next team Travis and Mason sealed the floor joist. They did a great job. Took great care to cover everything and remove plastic once completed.
