Halco provided exceptional service on an installation - I highly recommend their services!
Cory was fantastic. He took time to explain our different options and was very knowledgeable about the products.
We got a new heat pump system including a water heater which was giving us some problems cooling the living space. Halco was responsive to our concerns and worked with us to resolve the situation eventually replacing the whole water heater with another design. They care about their customer service rating and are committed to do right by their customers
Friendly workers. Did great work, were quick and cleaned up great. Love the work they did and it has already resulted in lower energy costs. Job well done
I am very pleased with the work they have done for me. They put a furnace, air conditioning, and fixed my gas leak. They were prompt and very helpful during the process.
The individuals that worked on my home were helpful, professional, knowledgeable, explained the system and answered my questions as the project went along. I appreciated them wearing their booties over their shoe as well. It was a great experience with a big project that could have been stressful.
Bob was very professional and very helpful. He did a great job on everything he did.
Woke up to a cold house on Saturday. Furnace was making loud noises so called Halco. Jason came out that day (on time) and diagnosed the issue. He took the time to show me in detail the problem and answered all of my questions. He came back later and dropped off space heaters to my home. Tyler came out on Sunday to…
The install went smooth but the Midea smart thermostats installed really don’t work. I have used Nest for years and they work great. These however do not. Update 12/20/25: I had two heat pumps install in September. I had to buy a Nest thermostat to replace the defective Midea one that came with the system, at my…
Jenni and Trevor did a great job installing our multi zone heating and cooling mini split units. They were very professional, communicating what and when they were doing, demonstrating how to use the systems, and keeping the worksites neat. Everything was done in three days.

Halco is always great.
On our Seneca Lake property, under emergency conditions (old furnace failed; outdoor temperatures in the teens), Halco (Phelps) installed new furnace within 2 days of old furnace failure and AC unit 4 days later. New furnace is operating flawlessly; AC unit will be tuned up when temperatures get warmer.
They went above and beyond doing the work that was done at my home respectful of my property made sure they cleaned up after themselves explained everything they did made sure I reviewed everything before they left thank you all so much sorry about the late review

Brandon was knowledgeable of heat pumps and looked out for the consumer as best he could. Double checked everything to make the next step in the process go as smoothly as possible. The next team Travis and Mason sealed the floor joist. They did a great job. Took great care to cover everything and remove plastic once completed.
Great guys installing and selling. Highly recommend and they were very quick and efficient!
We were looking for a company to install new heating and cooling for our house. Tyler from Halco was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough in his evaluation of our home and what it needs. He was always on time for meetings and communicated well via text and email. The estimate was competitive with other companies. Installation is still pending.
They were professional and very thorough.

Good work done professionally.
I found out that the owner of this business built it using word of mouth recommendations. No endless commercial jingles. I've been a hotel manager for more years than I care to admit and have dealt with a fair share of HVAC pros. Nobody compares to the honest, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. You should not use…
All of the staff we had the opportunity to work with were simply amazing. They were there right away for the initial problem and due to the need of heating system replacement they were able to set up a temporary heating system for us while we waited for our boiler to be built. Each appointment was kept and exactly…
Did a excellent job on installing a new heat pump water heater and furnace
I highly recommend Dan Merritt and his team - Jake and Kelvin who did a fabulous job installing Heat pump and Water heater. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. robert pierce and the two other guys that came with him was very friendly and all did awsome work
Halco did an amazing and thorough job. Halco did a blower door test to see what size heat pump our home needed, which other HVAC companies did not do. Other companies simply looked at our current overly sized unit (has a lot of short cycles - turns on and off quickly) and offered to get the same size or even a…
Robert and his crew did a terrific job installing my heating and cooling system. He was professional, punctual, clean, informative and I was super happy with the quality of work. The crew was also great in dealing with my children.
The team that installed was on time, efficient and removed all materials when they completed their work. From initial contact to completion all contact was very professional, timely and no surprises along the way. What was quoted was the end price. Matt was wonderful
I have been with Halco for a few years. I have always had excellent service and all employees are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Halco!
