I am very pleased with the work they have done for me. They put a furnace, air conditioning, and fixed my gas leak. They were prompt and very helpful during the process.
The individuals that worked on my home were helpful, professional, knowledgeable, explained the system and answered my questions as the project went along. I appreciated them wearing their booties over their shoe as well. It was a great experience with a big project that could have been stressful.
The install went smooth but the Midea smart thermostats installed really don’t work. I have used Nest for years and they work great. These however do not. Jenni and Trevor did a great job installing our multi zone heating and cooling mini split units. They were very professional, communicating what and when they were doing, demonstrating how to use the systems, and keeping the worksites neat. Everything was done in three days.

On our Seneca Lake property, under emergency conditions (old furnace failed; outdoor temperatures in the teens), Halco (Phelps) installed new furnace within 2 days of old furnace failure and AC unit 4 days later. New furnace is operating flawlessly; AC unit will be tuned up when temperatures get warmer.
