On our Seneca Lake property, under emergency conditions (old furnace failed; outdoor temperatures in the teens), Halco (Phelps) installed new furnace within 2 days of old furnace failure and AC unit 4 days later. New furnace is operating flawlessly; AC unit will be tuned up when temperatures get warmer.
We thought we had a problem with our furnace. The mechanic came out to our house and checked the furnace completely. The young man was very knowledgeable and explained what he did. I would recommend Halco for furnace repair.
