After an exhausting search visiting four residential care homes and five assisted living facilities following our mother's hospital and rehabilitation stay, meeting with the Hampton Manor was a breath of fresh air. When we met with management at Hampton Manor of Clinton Twp, we were incredibly impressed that they invited a nurse supervisor and hospice care personnel to the meeting. They listened to our mother's special needs and provided expert guidance. When we met again a few days later, the professional plan of care presented to us gave us complete confidence. We truly appreciate the compassion and professionalism shown by the staff, which went far beyond the call of duty. Thanked them for taking the time to listen to our concerns and for treating us with such humanity. I highly recommend Hampton Manor.

The place is relatively clean. Hampton Manor is licensed through Lara, having their own staff and the bonus was that they have a generator (which a lot of senior home cares don’t have) which is great for patients who rely on oxygen. Staff is very polite and full of smiles. You can tell that staff cares about the patients. Great small community.

Clean living facilities. Rooms can be optioned as a studio, 1 bedroom, or 2 bedroom. Facilities specialize in memory challenged seniors. Arrive at lunch and was given a free lunch as part of the tour. Food was hand made and delicious.

Choosing a senior living facility is one of the most weighted decisions a family can make, and after visiting Hampton Manor in Clinton Township, I came away genuinely impressed, not by glossy marketing, but by what was actually happening inside the building when I walked through. The thing that struck me first was the engagement. So many senior living communities advertise "vibrant programming" and then, when you actually visit, you find residents parked in front of a hallway TV or sitting alone in their rooms. That wasn't the case here. During my visit, I walked past their on-site cinema and saw three residents settled in, watching a movie together. It was a small moment, but it told me something important: the activities aren't just on paper. The staff is intentional about getting residents out of their apartments and into shared experiences. That kind of cultural detail is hard to fake, and you can feel the difference immediately. The facilities themselves are genuinely nice. The cinema is a real cinema, not a converted conference room with a projector. The common areas are warm and well-designed, with the kind of finishes and thoughtful layout you'd expect from a much higher price point. It feels like a place built for the residents to enjoy, not just to impress prospective families on a tour. But the facilities are only as good as the people running them, and that's where Hampton Manor really separates itself. The care goes beyond the basics. There's an attentiveness that you notice in small interactions: someone stopping to chat with a resident in the hallway, the warmth in how they speak to people. For families weighing this kind of decision, that day-to-day human touch matters more than almost anything else on the brochure.

I would recommend Hampton Manor to anyone looking for a beautiful facility and compassionate care caregivers. My mother was 100 years old when she went to live there. The entire staff showed kindness and compassion to my mother at all times. Candice involved my mother in activities Any concern was quickly addressed. She was able to celebrate her 101 birthday there with the entire staff honoring her. She recently passed, but I will forever be grateful to the entire staff at Hampton Manor.

Caring and attentive staff, always impeccably clean, wide variety of activities for the residents, staff open to questions/concerns, nursing and administrative staff consistently responsive to communication, and intimate family-like atmosphere.

We looked at a number of assisted living facilities before choosing Hampton Manor for our family member. We know we made the right choice. The staff has been fantastic, especially in helping with the transition. The care has been wonderful, giving us peace of mind in knowing she is well taken care of. Roger, Phil and Latoya have been very helpful whenever we need advice or direction. The staff has taken the time to get to know our loved one on a personal level - her likes, dislikes, and needs - making her a part of their family. The amenities and the activities are geared to the residents' abilities. I am NOT an employee and I would recommend Hampton Manor to anyone looking for a safe, clean and comfortable environment for a loved one.

my mother in law lives here and the staff is awesome. We are very happy with everyone. Kudo's to the activity director Candace for all she does to make the residents happy. she goes above and beyond. The chef Shay is so friendly. All in all I am very pleased. very clean. we checked out many places before and we are happy with our choice.

Would like to read some reviews of the memory care department. The caregivers are very sweet. I get thorough updates on my mom. Had a hard time contacting anyone at 7 pm today.
