We had a great experience with Hawaiian Pools! Tracking down a pool leak can be frustrating, but they did an excellent job diagnosing issues in both our spa and our return systems and getting them repaired correctly, even though it took multiple visits. They were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, and they…
Hawaiian pool company built our pool 21 years ago and have maintained it since it was finished. They have provided excellent weekly service taking care of cleaning and maintaining chemical balance. Each year in the fall they close the pool and in the spring the same group opens the pool. This has been done for 21…
We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Hawaiian Pools. They keep their promise to warranties and have serviced our pool with promptness and kindness every time.
Hawaiian Pools and Landscape is a reliable pool company in Memphis. Kent and his crew handle pool maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and new pool construction with great communication and high-quality work. Highly recommend!
I have used this company on and off for the last 15 years. Their service team is almost always rude, late and do poor quality work. They do not communicate with each other and are one of the most frustrating companies to work with. Their only redeeming quality is their sales team when you have water samples tested.…
I have had my pool for about 10 years and I have had to replace the motor several times. I had one replaced around June 2020 and it stopped working and had to have another one installed at the end of Dec 2020. Now it is Aug 2021 and the new motor has quit working. Has anyone else had this problem?

For years, they offered biweekly service at $75 per visit, during the busy summer. This worked well for us and they took pretty good care of us. Lately,…
They did everything I expected and more. The sales process was so easy and Jason was very knowledgeable and pleasurable to work with. The service guys went over and beyond our expectstions. We had them change a few things and they were very polite and accommodating. By far the best pool company we have ever worked…
