Gabby’s service was excellent. Came in on time, I was called before they showed up to let me know they were on their way and Gabby was able to find some things on my air conditioner that I wasn't aware of, and provided me with some good options and recommendations. Great service and quality workmanship, highly recommended.
I recently had an issue with my AC not working one night, and Mark from Hawkins came to the rescue. Not only did he efficiently fix the problem caused by a faulty thermostat, but he also took the time to assure me that everything was in perfect order.
