Zach and his team took on a major project for our law firm and did amazing work. They worked independently and made magic happen on time and affordable.
Excellent service as always. We only trust Elite Tow for our towing / tiltbed needs.
Zack was punctual , professional and delivered as promised.
My car was vandalized and my ignition was damaged in attempts to steal it so i couldn't start it and steering wheel was locked so when it needed to be towed, it made it quite challenging to do so.. But Sam did an awesome job of getting the job done despite the situation and was able to get it to the shop! I was very happy with his work!
Car was picked up and taken the shop, all was good
Called them twice to help with my car, both times they came and were very professional. The service that stands out the most is that for both incident they were very kind and understanding in assisting me in a very stressful situation. They waited until they made sure all is ok with my situation. Always doing extra than what is required.
I used their car towing service two times. The service was very professional. My SUV was towed to the garage skillfully. I checked another company which could not deliver the vehicle to the garage, only to the street. Great job!
Tow truck arrived promptly and was courteous, but company was slow to get my vehicle to car mechanic. They could have dropped my car off on Friday night or Saturday, but did not deliver until Monday afternoon. This is delaying my car repair.
Five Stars:) Zack and Elite Towing staff where amazing! He arrived much faster than estimated. He took special care to ensure no further damage to my vehicle. I will absolutely call again. Can't say enough how thankful I am to Elite Towing and Zack the tow truck driver. Thank you for the times that you have helped me out
Best in the bay. 👏 don’t hesitate.
Good service and very responsive.
Zack was amazing and very nice. Updated about when he was coming and didn't mind the long distance tow that no one else would take. Appreciate so much for doing this and bringing my car back home.
Good
great 👍
Great service! The tow driver was helpful and professional! Hope I don’t need future towing but if I do, Elite Towing will be who I will call!
This review is specifically for Naz. Right from the start on the phone he sounded so nice and helped calm me down when I was stranded with my father after hitting a huge pothole and getting a hole in a tire. He showed up super quick, was so skilled in handling the tow, and was overall such a pleasant experience. I…
My car broke down and after waiting 2 hours the tow called and said his truck broke down. The 2nd tow company was supposed to arrive in 90 minutes and after 1 hour called and said he could not make it the name of that tow company was Nema the first one was Rasin or something like that. I then called elite they…
I was waiting for 3.5 hours for a battery jump start from AAA. I called Zack from “Elite Tow,” and he arrived in 20 minutes just as promised. If I’m ever stuck with a dead battery I’ll know who to call to save time!
Thanks to them i was saved not once but TWICE and now i have my baby back thanks to them
Tow was quick and wasn't a hassle. Zack was very professional the whole time will be my go to towing company from now on.

Easy to reach, they keep in touch about timing pick up. Great service. 👍🏼
Hi was professional helpful in not in a hurry. Excellent services
The guy who came was friendly and did his work properly. Would totally use again.
Very professional and affordable service.
On time and great communication. I originally called Cowboy Towing and he connected me with Elite Towing. Both are great companies. Cowboy Towing is my mechanics recommended company and for good reason too! Both have unbeatable great prices for the tows. Thanks a bunch!
Muy buen servicio, rápido, amable y confiable. Zack es muy bueno en su trabajo y profesional.
Were fast and reliable! Would use them again.
Came very fast, very reasonable price for a tow, and great professional service. Will use again.
Service was fast & extremely courteous. We are very happy with our experience in a bad weather car accident situation.
The driver was courteous, efficient and took good care to get my vehicle moved to the mechanic. Very much appreciated his follow through afterward as well. I would use again and recommend. THANK YOU!
Zack at “Elite Tow” is the BEST…very professional and arrived on time as promised! I had a car issue on the freeway around midnight and had called my AAA insurance since I have the membership with them… waited for 1.5 hrs but still no driver show up ( AAA promised the maximum waiting time was 75 min as my case…
I appreciate the tow I got this afternoon after a trying morning dealing with another tow service and issues with mechanics. One of the best towing service in the Bay Area! The guy showed up within 20 minute! Excellent timing and towing experience. Thanks!

Affordable price, hassle free! The tow truck driver was really professional and knowledgeable. Helped me get my Mercedes towed.
This company has no hassle, reasonable prices, professional and straight forward. They arrive on time, communicate well. I definitely will use them again and will recommend them to people in the area.
I am very pleased with the quick response and the excellent professional service. When you are already stressing about car trouble, you don't want to add any addition burden so I highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with car towing.
Zack was knowledgeable and really helpful.
The car dealer was close and they were unable to drop off my vehicle they kept it and assured me that everything will be secured and the following day they took it and dropped it off and notified me I was extremely appreciative for their service and dependability very professional
Zack was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was able to get me off the side of the highway and back home safely after my tire had popped.
Zack has been my hero, not once but now TWICE in the same year. He quickly grabbed my car after an accident and even made sure to let me know what could happen & give me time to collect my belongings (thankfully the car was not totaled!) Then today for the second time we met again, my ignition would not turn and the…
Elite Towing was great! Zack kept me updated via text on his ETA and arrived right on time. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about safely loading and towing my 2013 Chevy Volt plug in hybrid, which is a bit more challenging than most. He even taught me something important about my hybrid that I…
Beyond professional.. I will definatly recommend.
Towed my Tesla Model S when no other companies could tow it.
Called to see how much towing service was and this was the most affordable price after calling 3 other places. He arrived pretty fast and was ready to do his job. He was professional, and even offered to jump start my car but towing was the better option. He was very nice and helpful as well. Giving 5 stars because…
