Bottom line: look elsewhere.
The owner of this company touts his many years of experience and how other companies call him when they need help. His technicians seem great, but under his leadership, they are hamstrung.
We had water leaking onto our driveway with the irrigation system off. I noticed that a sprinkler head was in the vicinity of this leak, so I dug a 2’x3’x2’ hole around it and replaced it myself. The leak remained but the sprinkler head itself looked dry. I dug another hole the same size about 4’ away and that hole also filled up with water with the irrigation system off.
H2H Irrigation system was called to find and repair the leak. The owner spent some time troubleshooting and proclaimed the leak was coming from the irrigation system (not the main water line to the house). He directed his technicians to replace the #5 valve ($600 total bill). The leak remained. They located the main line running under my driveway and noted that this would be the next step if the wet area doesn’t dry out ($1840 quote; work declined).
I called out another irrigation company about 2 weeks later. That technician came by himself. I dug out the same two holes that I did for H2H. He said it’s clearly coming from this area. We should dig deeper. He dug another 12” down and found a main water line brass fitting crack that was the clear source of this leak. He was at the house for 30 minutes (and didn’t recommend excavating my driveway).
This repair could not be completed by an irrigation company, which I understood, as only plumbers are qualified to work on main water lines.
Ultimately, the H2H owner’s “years of experience” was almost extremely costly to me and my family and he still didn’t fix the problem.
I would go elsewhere if you want the job done right and you want to avoid being suckered into work that is costly and unnecessary.

TL;DR you called us to address a leak. We are irrigators and addressed your irrigation issues. You eventually had to call a plumber because even the 2nd irrigator you called couldn't address the leak in your house line. You threatened to "destroy" our business, and have continued to leave reviews on various platforms for nearly a month at this point, all because you had to call a plumber to fix a plumbing leak.
HI Shawn,
We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the services performed during our July 28, 2026 visit. The $600 invoice was not solely for locating the source of standing water. It included a system check and adjustment of 28 irrigation stations, troubleshooting of the wet area along the driveway, and the location and replacement of the Station #5 valve. That valve was replaced after a slow drip was observed at a low sprinkler head while the master valve was open, confirming an irrigation related issue. The repair was discussed with and approved by the customer before the work was completed. Our company was called as a licensed irrigation contractor, so our troubleshooting appropriately focused on the irrigation system. The leak that was later located by another contractor was ultimately found approximately another foot below the area that had already been exposed, at a compression fitting on the home’s domestic main water service line. This is a plumbing line, not an irrigation line, and plumbing repairs fall outside the scope of our irrigation license and services. The irrigation main in that area is located separately, approximately 10 feet away, and typical irrigation piping is installed much shallower than the depth at which the plumbing leak was ultimately discovered. Our invoice also did not represent the standing water issue as conclusively resolved. It specifically states, “This will be the next step if wet area doesn’t dry out,” referring to further investigation of irrigation piping beneath the driveway. An additional estimate of $1,840 was provided for that work, but the customer declined to proceed and was not charged for it. You have since confirmed that a second irrigation company performed additional excavation and located the separate leak on the home’s main water line. That irrigation company was also unable to repair it because the repair required a plumbing license. We understand the your frustration that the ultimate source of the continuing water was not identified during our irrigation service call. However, the later discovery of a separate plumbing leak does not invalidate the irrigation issue that was diagnosed, approved, and repaired during our visit. We did not charge for the additional troubleshooting that was proposed and declined, and we cannot reimburse properly authorized and completed irrigation work because an unrelated plumbing issue was subsequently discovered. We stand behind the work performed and believe the invoice accurately reflects the services authorized and completed.
