I hired this company for regular lawn maintenance, including a spring cleanup. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The service became increasingly inconsistent. I found myself repeatedly contacting the owner to find out when my lawn would be mowed, and the spring cleanup—which was part of the service—was never completed. The quality of the work was also poor. Many times the yard actually looked worse after the crew left. The lawn was often left with swaths of uncut grass, edging around beds and hard surfaces was frequently not done, and grass clippings and other debris were left behind instead of being cleaned up. The work often looked unfinished. The owner eventually acknowledged there had been "many hiccups" and took responsibility, which I appreciate. However, by that point I had already lost confidence in the company. I never had to wonder when the invoice was coming, but I often wondered when the lawn would be mowed. In my opinion, the company did not provide the level of care or attention to detail I expect from a professional landscaping service. For that reason, I chose to hire another company.

I am very satisfied with the Fall Clean Up service provided by Heaven on Earth Lawn & Landscaping. Aaron (owner) and Caesar were respectful and courteous throughout the entire process and demonstrated a clear focus on getting the job done efficiently and to a high standard. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the cost was reasonable. They cleaned up, hauled away the clippings, and left my property looking clean, neat, and orderly.
