I was doing research on a carpet cleaning company that doesn’t soak your carpets in water. Upon researching the method of not soaking your carpets in water(which most companies do) which is so bad for your carpets, I came across Heaven’s best. I contacted them and the owner Jeff was super nice and knowledgeable and explained to me the difference in their methods and was very accommodating to my schedule. Taylor came out the next day, on time and took his time and did an amazing job. He also explained to us what he was doing with every step. Our carpets and area rugs look so amazing and they smell sooooo good. We are extremely pleased. Taylor was super professional and nice. I will never use another company again and will never go back to the old fashion way of cleaning carpets. Thank you so much. I look forward to using this company again in the future and will send more business your way.
