My family needed movers for a local move after coming to the area just recently. After some research I find Henry Movers. Fabian, Anthony, and Felix were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. Everything was packed and moved with such care. They worked so hard from start to finish. Even after making 2 stops (Storage Unit and my new home) they were very pleasant! Their manners were so refreshing! I really enjoyed them!

This is our second time using Henry Movers and we’re using them again next week. They’re quick, professional, and know their business. THANK YOU!
Fabian was wonderful when coming to to assess the job. Apparently he underbooked. There was at least one on the crew who was not planning on working so hard. He complained that "I had too much stuff". They had to make a second trip back to my old house and someone urinated on my kitchen cabinets. The one that was unhappy about how much I was moving got tired and emptied his truck on my lawn and left. I am an older woman on my own with no help.
I paid to have them pack. The packing was all over the place, still looking for things that should have been packed together. They told me they would take all my empty boxes. Instead they packed them and charged me for moving them.
Sadly, I was planning on paying for whatever needed to be done because I couldn't do it on my own, I feel they took advantage of that. So I was terribly overcharged. I had multiple items broken that should not have been.
I have waited months to do this review. I think Paul Henry is an honest man and there were amazing people on the crew but a few bad eggs can take down a business. They also took all of my personal moving pads. I also never got receipts for the billing. I had to send several emails to see what I paid for. I asked for all of my moving pads to be returned and was told I would get them back. That has never happened. I would not use them again.

My family needed movers for a local move after coming to the area just recently. After some research I find Henry Movers. They have an actual federal DOT number and have their own trucks, which indicates they aren’t just a couple guys renting a truck for their weekend jobs. Tommy, Ben, Greg, and Phillip showed up on time and just took care of everything - some furniture disassembly, shrink wrapping furniture to protect it, they came with furniture pads (lots!!), and even took my tv off the wall and wrapped it up really well. The unloading was fast and the team put items exactly where we wanted. This was an excellent move, and we will plan to use Henry Movers for our next move as well! Oh yeah, and they even came in under their estimate even with us throwing a few surprises at them!

Ben & Joe showed up to my house promptly at 8:00 as scheduled. I don't think I've ever seen 2 more professional men in this business. Nicely dressed and very polite. They cared more about my belongings than I did, I'm use to movers just throwing my stuff around and stealing from me. I was pretty frazzled that day, but Ben told me, "I've got your back Robyn" that meant alot to me, thx Ben.. when I couldn't find my remote control for one of my t.v.'s, they helped me look for it, I mean who does that these days. I can't say enough about how great Ben & Joe are. Plz ask for those 2 if you plan on moving, they will not let you down. I should mention that they moved me during a hugh thunderstorm, but they never missed a beat. Thx again Ben & Joe, and I found my other remote controller. Robyn Daigle
