Jeremy did a great job! Professional, to the point and got it done! No surprises!
Extremely pleased with Henson as company and with Jake Kitchens as the technician performing the service. The company is very responsive, schedules service very rapidly, and reasonably priced. Jake was very helpful and informative, and not only took care of my immediate issue but gave a lot of useful information…
Great service! Dry knowledgeable
Steve was awesome and a super nice guy. I have been doing business with them for over 6 years. Steve got my problem fixed.
Jake showed up on time and figured out the problem and ordered part. Fixed 2 days later as we were not in a hurry.
Justin Smith was courteous and professional during the process of getting the problem taken care of.
Thanks so much for your quick response at a time when you guys were having so many calls at the hottest time of our summer!!!!!!! Super JOB
The service I received today from Henson mechanical service today I rate as excellent, professional and a very friendly tech by the name Nick Walker
THE company to choose for your HVAC and plumbing needs. Awesome company!
Sean was on time, courteous and professional. He completed the checkup of the inside unit and quickly identified the problem was outside. The compressor was reading at 8 rather than 40. He had the necessary part in the van. He quickly replaced it and rechecked everything to make sure it was functioning properly.…
Thank you!!! Justin was very professional and courteous. He took his time explaining the deficiencies with my AC system and what he would be doing to repair it. He broke down costs(which are very reasonable), and gave me pointers on keeping my system healthy with the right maintenance. Thank you, Justin. I’d also…
I called with the hopes of having someone come out the following day for an a/c unit that wasn’t cooling, but Henson sent someone right away and Jake had the house’s cold air back in about 2 hours. Great service and great employees. Thank you!
Justin did a great job with my repair. He was very knowledgeable about the process.
Scotty is an outstanding service technician. Very knowledgeable and always keeps you informed on what’s going on!! The BEST!!
One Hour always gives the best customer service and are very eager to find the problem and fix it. Always on time and their technicians are very polite and professional. We’d highly recommend them!!!
Scotty was amazing and efficient with getting my AC issue resolved! He also explained everything clearly that I would understand! His knowledge and understanding was excellent!!!! Thank you Scotty! The price to repair the piece was a bit steep, but we understood why!
Justin was professional and knowledgeable. He arrived as scheduled, determined the problem and took care of it! We are cool again! Thank you Justin
Professional, quick and on time. Good customer service as well.
Great service, Jake replaced a motor of the ac unit. He checked everything was working properly and didn’t leave until the temperature of the house was down to where needed to be.
Scott did a great job coming out late and fixing our Nest schedule allowing my wife to sleep through the night with constant cool air !
Great experience and service!
Scotty was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the time he took to answer all my questions.
I've met Justin, Jack, and the owner Steven and they treated me very kindly. I never felt pressured to use their company or services. Instead of sending a sales rep, Steven came to my home and spoke to me himself, he was very patient and made sure I understood what was going on. All I can say is they did a great…
Dean from One Hour Heating and Air was wonderful. He was punctual, informative, professional and reassuring while offering options for resolving our AC issues. He is always welcome to our home and one of the reasons that I will remain a loyal customer.
When I called they were very professional, they took the time to understand what I was trying to explain to them about my system not working. In less then an hour I had a technician at my door. Jeremy was quick to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution to fix my issue. From the time I called to the job…
Kind, friendly and honest. Did a very thorough job! Wish I would’ve had this level of thoroughness earlier in the week. Thankful for him and his professionalism and knowledge.
Very professional, greatly appreciated the email identifying the service tech. Also the arrival time communication. Scotty was very professional. He did a great job of replacing out furnace on our system. Expecting them to come back soon for a duct cleaning. I am very glad we found a company that adheres to a high standard of service. Great Job!
Outstanding service. Honest and hard-working. I strongly recommend
This business has always been so on point with everything they do. They call and set up your appts before you even think of it. They remind you then they call. Their service people are so friendly. They are always great!
Very professional and great service as always.
Excellent service!
I can always count on Justin and One Hour to get me running!!!
Responsive, respectful and quick. Thank you!
Jake and his manager helped me out with a leaky unit, and even returned several days later free of charge to clean out the drain line after the leaking started again. They went above and beyond to clear out the line of all debris and insure my unit was functioning properly. Both men were punctual, professional and polite. Highly recommend One Hour Air!
Justin did a great. Keep me informed from beginning to end. That made a big difference.
I've used this company for a very long time. I've bought 2 furnaces from them for two different houses. They are always extremely professional and pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. I will say that they always try to upsell and the furnaces were NOT cheap. But the service is top notch. Every technician I've had…
“The best in the business”. Have no doubt that these guys are the best. They installed a new system in my home and in my business. After my experience I will use no one else. Steve (owner) and his son Jake care for their customers like family. They always go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. Don’t…
On time and got the job done in a timely manner. Jeremy was great
We've had issues on and off with the unit that was installed. According to the techs they sent out it wasn't installed properly then when the warranty expired that's when the thing started falling apart. We got a different group to look at it and One Hour kept replacing parts with used parts. So now we're having to…
Steve was very Knowledgeable about the equipment and very thorough. He found the problem in no time. One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning team. 👍🏾😊
