Sean arrived on time and was very professional. He went above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely be using this company again.
Extremely pleased with Henson as company and with Jake Kitchens as the technician performing the service. The company is very responsive, schedules service very rapidly, and reasonably priced. Jake was very helpful and informative, and not only took care of my immediate issue but gave a lot of useful information…

Our 30 year old house had a leaking main shut off valve. Nice the have a reliable company like HENSON MECHANICAL available to take care of our plumbing needs in addition to HVAC.
THE company to choose for your HVAC and plumbing needs. Awesome company!
Completely satisfied and definitely would recommend! Sean is a great employee, very professional and friendly.
Sean did our regular 6 month maintenance, added Freon and gave us an honest assessment of the system’s life expectancy. He installed a new thermostat and took time to explain everything. Thanks !
Scotty is an outstanding service technician. Very knowledgeable and always keeps you informed on what’s going on!! The BEST!!
Jeremy was very thorough and detailed. He spent 2 hours determining the exact cause of our downstairs heater not working. He was able to perform a lot of troubleshooting and fixed a few minor problems to determine the root of the cause. His time and effort saved us from having to replace our entire compressor with a much smaller piece.
We really like Justin. He goes over and beyond to see that you are receiving go service. Very professional.
One hour air has taken care of my HVAC needs for several years. They are good. Jake did a great job today. He explained everything to me. He gave me four different options to choose from for a new furnace.
Very pleasant and professional. Company has always been great from day one.
He was very professional. He discussed terms and conditions for a new system
Need to replace our end of life HVAC system. Steve Kitchens helped us thru the process to purchase a high quality system. He answered all our questions and facilitated our decisions in a very professional and friendly manner. It's never fun to have to replace such a major system, but Steve made the whole experience as pleasant as you could hope for.
