Great service, Jake replaced a motor of the ac unit. He checked everything was working properly and didn’t leave until the temperature of the house was down to where needed to be.

Jack was prompt and professional. Jack appeared to be knowledgeable and helpful. This was the third time in 12 months that One Hour has been called about this unit. Jack suggested that I replace my 10 year old unit. I wish I would have gotten that advice a year ago and saved a heap of money on repairs. An Amaña unit should last more than 10 years.
