One hour air has taken care of my HVAC needs for several years. They are good. Jake did a great job today. He explained everything to me. He gave me four different options to choose from for a new furnace.
Lane Utley and Nick removed our old, faulty HVAC system and installed a new one. They were both very professional, courteous and respectful. They put down heavy cloths to protect our floors. I have not fully made a decision, however i am leaning heavily on using, ONE HOUR,heating&air conditioning services. Mr Art was excellent ,very professional in every way. My biggest problem is that due to coronavirus pandemic i suffered a great lost in business investments. Which left me with bad or no credit.
Nick was excellent- a VERY hard worker in this excruciating heat. Very cordial and very professional. He was patient in explaining the thermostat and using iPhone to raise or lower the temperature when away from home. This company is A+ in our opinion and we would recommend them for ALL heating/cooling needs !!
