Review from Google · view on GoogleThis place is absolutely amazing. Savanah, who answered the phone, was kind and listened to my problem, she transferred me to project manager Vincent Blawn. He was astounding!! He was informative and instantly put my mind at ease. We were having a simple floor installed and upon the old floor tear up the installers found asbestos tile. It was crumbling and breaking in some spots and they stated they could not continue the work and that we had to vacate the house immediately for safety reasons. This was distressing to say the least. Vincent advised this may not necessarily be the case and he could meet me in an hour to take a look. He came out and he stated there was no reason that we could not stay in the house it was perfectly safe. He then looked at what was going to be installed and advised that although he is not a flooring installer he did not see why the tiles needed to be removed. No one else does either. His honest opinion was to not remove the tiles, save the money and find someone else to install the floor. I have never felt that a business has been so open and honest with me before. I have not decided which way I am going and Vincent is getting me a quote for the asbestos removal. No matter what I choose I know I will be in good hands with this company and if I ever come across anything odd in my house they will be the only place I call.

However, I knocked off one star because the 3rd party they go through will be late checking the air quality due to bad scheduling/management. Instead of being in Canton when needed, she decided to be near Cleveland at my time slot. A little communication goes a long way. Someone called about my review and clarified any concerns I may have had. Would recommend them.
