Pay them to come out and do a home inspection for Pass before I bought the home report came back. They offered to come back out again for…

Hobbs is great pest control!! I use to have lots of spiders in my house, garage, and all around outside, brown recluse, black widows, and most often, HUGE wolf spiders. They are no longer a problem. Ever since i have used this business in August of 2021, they have been the most phenomenal and responsive agents i have ever dealt with. Trevor, in particular has been the most respectable agent in the Butte County region. I highly recommend them for all your pest control needs.

Our house was supposedly inspected by this company before we bought it for termites etc. Right after it closed we discovered termite and water damage all over the house. The ceiling was full of black mold. The windows in the back were eaten away by termite damage. When we brought this to their attention they…

Drew was my technician for our apartment complex. He made sure to web everything and thoroughly check each unit to see where the roaches were at. He comes when called unexpectedly and calls when he doesn't hear from us. One of my tenants had roaches really bad and when he sprayed weekly they were under control and…

If you live in upper Magalia and have ant and spider…
Morris was great. I didn't have a particular problem, but I wanted to make sure I didn't before selling my house. Morris did a service and I didn't need to call him back. I passed his information on to my buyers.
We have used Hobbs before but recently just moved to Gridley and they followed us here and came out within a couple days of calling. We got a visit that they looked throughout the entire property in and out. They came back and sprayed overall treatment later that afternoon. They were polite and did a thorough job…
