Chris Porcillo was efficient and professional. It was late in the day and he got everything done that he could. We were disappointed with the news that it was time to replace our 10 year old HVAC unit. Hoffman's proposal system maybe needs some work to make it more customer friendly, but it did get us a proposal and now we have to bite a bullet.
