My technician Mike Carpinter, was fantastic, courteous and professional. He provided me with great maintenance recommendations for keeping my AC Unit functioning properly. He was very friendly. Thanks Mike. Great job!
Appreciated Hoffman AC being able to repair my AC the same day it went out.
Been with Hoffman several years and highly recommend them! They are very attentive and stand behind their work - always have come quickly when needed and truly experts
It's always a pleasure to have Devon as my service technician. Ray was awesome and explained everything well and offered options
Professional, courteous, friendly, not pushy with sales. I want my AC and electric company to be trustworthy and have my best interest in mind - I feel Hoffman does this with their great team.
Made appointment with Hoffman Electric. Tech responded literally within 15 minutes of making appointment. Problem solved, AND repaired, within 15 minutes of his arrival! Having their customer-friendly insurance policy helps TONS! Unless you don't like saving money! Tech was in and out within 20 minutes. Well done, Ray Balardo. FIVE STARS PLUS! EXCELLENT!

Rodel was excellent! Very personable like I was shopping at Publix! He explained every step. Awesome tech!
Of course A/C failures never happen during business hours in the week, so when we had to schedule an after-hours service call on the weekend, we were expecting the usual runaround. With Hoffman, it was precisely the opposite. The answering service was friendly, yet professional, gathering all my information, and…
Our air went down. I called Hoffman and they came out the same day. David Williams was our tech. He was great.highly recommend

Performed maintenance and installed UV light systems in air handlers and duct work to prevent mold and micro organisms
Thank you Rob for the repair. I always learn something new about the system from you. Happy Holidays.
Wonderful service. Love Hoffman. Very professional and attention to details.
This was a yearly maintenance call. Replaced 2 items , did some adjustments and that was it.
Rolando was great, explained everything to me in language I understood. Arrived on time, very professional, would recommend to friends.
Mark was very professional and discussed options of various services. He didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Hoffman techs are always professional, thorough and honest!
Colin was efficient and knowledgeable and friendly and helpful and went "over and beyond" his duties. He understood better than I what needed to be done and did it. I very much appreciated his attention to every detail.
They did a great job.
Excellent service Great technician, very professional Great attitude
Chris Porcillo was efficient and professional. It was late in the day and he got everything done that he could. We were disappointed with the news that it was time to replace our 10 year old HVAC unit. Hoffman's proposal system maybe needs some work to make it more customer friendly, but it did get us a proposal and now we have to bite a bullet.
Sorry I did not get his name. He was very thorugh and very quick. The whole fix took less than an hour.
Prompt. Very courteous and professional work. Costs are within marketplace values and well worth the investment. No hard pressure selling.
Professional and timely service, notifications via text messaging to alert when technician is coming and who it is going to be before he arrives.
Dave Dearner is a good guy, personable and did a great job
Dave was very professional about checking my AC and explaining what he was looking for and what he was doing to fix my AC. Great Job.
Couldn't be happier with this company. They have great reviews because they do great work. I've used them at two different locations and have had great results. Their technicians are knowledgeable, do very thorough work, and will take the time to explain things to you. Their customer communication is great and pricing is fair, can't ask for more than that!
Service was fast, efficient, and professional. No extra charge for being watched! Great job.
Jeremiah and Charles were very professional. They checked and cleaned my condenser, cleaned the drain lines and checked the air handler. They were very thorough and kind. I had a wonderful experience and would be pleased to have them return. I definitely recommend Hoffman AC and Electrical. The employees do a…
Mike Thorpe was the technician they sent and he was awesome.
VERY thorough, professional, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. Highly recommended.
Great communication and the service that Ray provided was top notch! Everything explained perfectly to me. This is the way business should be modeled after! Edit: Just had Rob and Eddie (sp?) come replace my evaporator coil and the service was just as exceptional!
If I could give a negative star I would! My AC unit stopped working and I called this so-called company to send a repair person out. They gave me a window of 2-6, after multiple attempts to find out what time they would be coming they finally showed up at around 7PM. The so-called techs spent about 15 minutes…
Rob was just terrific. Took the time to explain what he was doing, things for us to watch for, etc. I am SO happy with his service and how everything ran so smoothly with Hoffman.
When I bought the UV systems for my A/C unit, I was told that I had a free membership that included 1 free emergency service for the year. I called to exercise that option and was told the person who gave me that information was no longer with the company and they don't do that. Also, they tell you your appointment…
Showed up andcdealt with the issues
We would gladly have Rob work on our A/C unit again. He is very knowledgable about what he does. He is friendly and answers any questions we ask. He shows us what he is doing and tells us the reason. I don't know much about this so I'm not exactly sure what he actually did, even though he showed us and told us.…
Well, please
Rob Milligan was professional and went out of his way to make our AC system great again!!!
Ray was friendly, courteous and very professional. Thank you.
Rob was professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and how one thing affects the other. He gave me tips on extending the life of our A/C unit. I would definitely recommend Hoffman Electrical!
Ray did an amazing job tuning our AC unit! And there prices were way lower than other companies
Today was a very good day. Hoffman's team was outstanding in every way. The level of respect and honestly the level of a team actually working together and got it done in a very good length of time. I WILL be recommending then to my "big" family from this point onward....THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Great service and an awesome electrician (Jason). Company (Frank) and electrician were super flexible to our needs in getting our home prepared for sale. Could not asked for a more better experience under our unique circumstances.
Friendly and courteous personality, very helpful with suggestions to maintain my AC unit!
Totally satisfied with the work performed
They were on time and very professional. The tech, Mark Kilpatrick was very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hoffman Electrical.

Hoffman installed a new a/c system last May. We just called and had them come out to perform routine maintenance. They were great during installation and the technician that performed our maintenance today was very professional as well as personable.
Really like Hoffman their Techs are 1st class all the way around
Once again these guys worked a miracle on a bad a/c system. They didn't do any up-sale on us. They stuck with the facts at hand and answered every question that we had.

Austin was very knowledgeable and taught me how to keep my air conditioning in top shape.

Mike is our go to Technician, but whom ever is sent to our house for service or maintenance from Hoffman has always been extremely efficient, professional, honest, competent, and friendly! I highly recommend Hoffman to anyone who needs A/C or any electrical work done! Best AC company I’ve ever worked with!
Was very honest about everything and I like that. Really good people
Over the past year, I have had Hoffman Electrical & Air Conditioning come to my home for several different matters. Each time the technicians were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and always did what they needed to do to get the job done properly, even going over and above expectations.
Ray was very friendly and polite and appeared to be knowledgeable in all aspects of my HVAC system. Hoffman sent me an advance text with Ray’s picture and a mapping app so that I could see that he was on his way to my house- great use of technology. He did his company proud by trying to get me to buy replacement UV…
Mark came to our home to do some routine A/C maintenance. He was courteous and professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure having them do our maintenance and will use them again in the future.
Mark was awesome! in and out arrived early was ready to go and was professional and kind. Thanks again Mark!
The system had not been cleaned in 10+ years lots of "growth" (mold/mildew) and clogged drain lines (very very clogged). There were issues after the initial repair but they were right back out to address them and got things working. They will be my go to company for HVAC and Electrical.
Third time using Hoffman and always a great result. Professional, honest, courteous. Ryan was great and provided pure, highly qualified advice. Everything is always straightforward and upfront. Work is fantastic - they really know what they are doing and understand what needs to be done at the highest level of…

Ray was on time, neat and professional. He completed the work in an expeditious manner and cleaned up after himself
Jeff knew exactly what was wrong & fixed it with ease! Very knowledgeable!
All is well
Alex was friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We will use their company again!
Excellent service, product and price.
Ray was great.. He checked out my entire system and gave me real, honest advice for the future. No selling of anything, just real information. He was on time, knowledgeable and a gentleman. I highly recommend Hoffman Electric and especially Ray for any A/C concerns.
Ray was amazing. He was on time and polite. He paid close attention to all he did when cleaning my AC unit. Answering any questions I had. Ray provides excellent service! Thanks!
Mike drove 90 minutes to get to us. He was very optimistic and patient when keys were not available to open electrical closets he needed to access. Mike was very efficient and courteous. We would request Mike for future electrical needs at our condo.
Overall, I am content with my experiences with Hoffman Electrical and A/C. There are areas where the company can and should improve its communication with customers. Namely, when I called, what I felt I understood from the staff member was that there was a $79 fee for a technician to arrive and give me an estimate…
Mike was personable professional and VERY thorough...made sure EVERYTHING was correct He and Cody his assistant went over it 3x then showed me how to work the generator....2 real nice guys and took time to repair the wall that the previous worker had to patch up cause we needed a bigger pannel
Nick, Colin and Cody were fantastic! I love the work and the finished products! They put in great highlightes that make my kitchen look spectacular! I can’t wait to start my next project! I highly recommend Hoffman electric and the Nick, Colin and Cody!!!!

Mark was very thorough and professional.

Eric and Collin are the best! We have more work and requesting them!
I use Hoffman for my electric needs and AC. The tech listened to me and usually understands what my needs are. I joined their reward program and seem to get the service I thought I bought into. I broke a switch and it was the same one they installed so Codey came out to fix it. I did attempt to do it myself, It…
My technician was very good! I'd recommend Hoffman Electrical & A/C to all my friends and family! Job well done!
Jacob was absolutely fantastic!! He easily identified the problem, explained what the issue was , had materials on hand to remedy it, and in minutes I had air again. I would recommend him and Hoffman to ANYONE! Stay Blessed
My AC was not cooling properly. Mike is very polite and professional. He took time to explain the issue and ensure that I was comfortable with him providing the maintenance that was required.
We bought a new A/C unit from Hoffman JUST over a year ago. It was "inspected" by Hoffman maybe a little over a month ago. Water is leaking THRU my ceiling and pooling on the floor. EXACTLY what was happening with the old unit. We called and they want to charge us to "look" at what is wrong and then want to bill us…
Excellent service and extremely professional.
Company so far has been fantastic. Responsive on the phone as far as appointments and questions about service . Andrew was on time, courteous and knowledgeable .I would recommend him 👍.
I hate having to write this but we had a new ac unit installed 1 week ago and have had 3 nights of air. The unit failed and after 3 service calls still without air conditioning. It's a New Unit just replacd it. Very disappointed customer. I'm wondering should I had went with cheaper guys. Follow with management is poor.
Timely, professional, and knowledgable. Recomend signing up for the annual A/C maintenance program. Its a great deal.
The technician Alex was great. Very professionals and personable. Serviced the units, showed pictures of everything and then provided recommendations on maintaining the system. I am very happy I chose to go with this company and you will be too.
Good experience today with Hoffman elec & A/C. My tech was able to point out a failing evaporator coil before it failed. He also help with sorting through the warranty service. Highly recommend.

Mark was knowledgeable and professional.
Service was excellent and tech was very professional.
Quick efficient friendly professional
Spring of 2020 I had Hoffman Electric install a new Ruud air conditioning and handler system. I had to have them come out July of the same year and again a few months later. There was an occasional very loud metal to metal clanging sound. No more issues until 4/12/21 when the noise began around 09:00pm. I called…
A/C technician Donnie was very professional did a great job! He was very thorough and gave me a lot of feedback on how to take care of my HVAC system. Very happy that I chose to use Hoffman electrical and AC!
Mark was super nice! Friendly, professional and very informative! I also like that the company is paperless, with text messages confirming appointments and pic sent in advance of your technician.
Donnie was on time efficient and performed his tasks remarkably well. Company should be complemented on the professionalism that this technician displayed. Donnie’s knowledge and understanding of the AC unit was impeccable and hopefully he is compensated accordingly. Donnie’s presentation on the air quality in the…
DONNIE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS APPRECIATE THE WORK!
Alex was very knowledgeable and informative. He explained everything he was doing and the different readings his instruments showed and what they meant. It's nice when someone takes the time to do that. Besides, he's a fellow veteran and that means a lot to me as I am one as well.
Very professional! Colin and Gabe were very polite and responsive to our needs. This job took several days and they made sure we had power before they would leave at night. I would not consider using anyone else for future AC or electrical needs.
Alex was awesome. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Professional. Easy to talk to. He deserves a bonus.
