Fantastic customer service. Same day appointment for repair/trouble shooting and next day installation of an entire new HVAC system. To top all off, the price was better than other quotes I’ve gotten over the last few weeks. Ask for Stephen if he’s available; he was polite, punctual, and professional.
Been with Hoffman several years and highly recommend them! They are very attentive and stand behind their work - always have come quickly when needed and truly experts
After having used other AC services before, Hoffman by far is the best I've used. Professional, communicative and fast. It doesn't get better than that. I've come to trust them very much, which hasn't happened before with other companies.

We are in the process of selling our home (the tech was aware of this) and had scheduled an HVAC service and cleaning. We do have an older system but it has been working completely fine. Recommended them to an aunt and uncle who are elderly and theyTook advantage of them
They broke our coil using the wrong cleaner , then tried to say it was microbes that ate the coil , it was only 2 years old this was just a maintenance cleaning , the entire coil looks like it’s covered with white powder and you can hear the leak , so our AC was working fine until they “cleaned “ the coil , we went…
Adding Charges Every 10 minute in the end the want to charge us up to a $1600 of basically labor ,parts was not needed and to fix it it should take no more than two hours it was ridiculous and unbelievable that that’s what they want to charge us for mainly labor when they know that we don’t have a choice and we need…

Was aware of the $79 charge for coming out but was told that it would be an extra $979 to do work on the ac that is still under warranty, which did not include the cost of diagnostic or labor. Tech said it was the cost of warranty paperwork. Never heard of that before. I even called before asking if they order the…
From the friendly scheduling lady to the repairs by Jeffrey, great service! Highly recommend.
The system had not been cleaned in 10+ years lots of "growth" (mold/mildew) and clogged drain lines (very very clogged). There were issues after the initial repair but they were right back out to address them and got things working. They will be my go to company for HVAC and Electrical.
