Had a problem with my electric system. Mike arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and repaired. The whole process was quick and stress free. Mike was great.
Mike Thorpe was very mindful of what needed to be done. He is very knowledgeable as an electrician with over 20 years of experience. Very pleasant personality. I would definitely use Hoffman Electrical again and ask for Mike as well. He was very honest as to what needed to be done and what didn't with an issue with my electrical box.
Rodel was very professional. He explained things so we understood our options and we did not feel pressured to make decisions. We will budget for the things we want done and will request Rodel again.
Eric helped us out in a pinch, and was early, explained all repairs, and was extremely helpful and professional.
