Annual in-home safety inspection w/ technician, Rodel. Although I've had membership w/ Hoffman Electrical for a few years now, today was my first interaction w/ him. While prior techs have all been great, Rodel was absolutely superior in all aspects: Courteous, professional, respectful, and thorough. In fact, make…
Rodel was awesome, answered all of my questions and handled the scheduling of my next visit to make everything easy on me. He replaced a light fixture for me-even though I hadn't purchased exactly the right thing-he worked his magic and made it work. So pleased!!
I am pleased that I contacted this company, as they demonstrated exceptional transparency, friendliness, and professionalism. Their communication regarding the process, both via email and text, was highly efficient. The service provided was clear and straightforward, and I was charged a very competitive and fair price.
Rolando did an exceptional job with a very complicated project. Was honest from the beginning and discussed the approach to getting the job accomplished with clarity.
My experience with Hoffman electrical and AC was an excellent experience and Hector the electrician provided great information and excellent service
Very professional, customer service excellent, presents himself well, has lots of knowledge and great ideas to improve my thoughts. I would hire him.
James was a genuine pleasure to work with, creating a plan that fit our budget and timeline.
After expressing my concerns about a job that was done 5 years ago, John D, Service Manager, dispatched James Bryant to review the work and reassure me that things were up to code. James inspected and tightened all connections and gave my pool heat pump wiring his blessing. James also tightened all the connections…
We reached out to several electricians trying to sort out some very complex electrical connections, and we truly feel lucky to have found Collin and Mike. They are an incredibly competent, knowledgeable, reliable, and responsible team. It makes a real difference working with people who genuinely love what they do.…
Ponctuel & Excellent service
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! At the time of my review this company came to our home, they did not repair the problem as we had a light fixture that made loud noises, popped, and started smoking 2.5 hours after the technician left our home. $658 later the problem is still not resolved. They have not provided an email or photos…
This company and Rolando were true perfection in accomplishing exactly what we requested. Rolando was very thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable. We also appreciated their letting us know when he was in route. We never used them before but would never use anyone else in the future as he really knew code, wiring,…
First visit from Collin today was awesome. He is really knowledgeable, smart, optimistic and solution driven. We love that! Look forward to keep working with him

Mike Thorpe was very mindful of what needed to be done. He is very knowledgeable as an electrician with over 20 years of experience. Very pleasant personality. I would definitely use Hoffman Electrical again and ask for Mike as well. He was very honest as to what needed to be done and what didn't with an issue with my electrical box.
Rodel was very professional. He explained things so we understood our options and we did not feel pressured to make decisions. We will budget for the things we want done and will request Rodel again.
Eric helped us out in a pinch, and was early, explained all repairs, and was extremely helpful and professional.

Colin was efficient and knowledgeable and friendly and helpful and went "over and beyond" his duties. He understood better than I what needed to be done and did it. I very much appreciated his attention to every detail.
A super knowledgable and professional craftsman. Safe. Practical. Very knowlegable. I would not be surprised if he were your number 1 ranked electrician.
Excellent !!!
Bottom line: Do not use Hoffman Electrical and especially their employee named Johnny (I understand there may be more employees named Johnny/John but, I can't remember his last name). Johnny was very unprofessional, unethical and shady. He tried to scam me for $424 for a new circuit box that I don't need because…

Cody Suggs and the rest of the Hoffman Team did a wonderful job troubleshooting and fixing some issues a previous electrician did; along with installing new ceiling recessed lights. They never complained or left a mess either. Definitely a company we will be calling and recommending for many years to come.
Austin was very knowledgeable about my electrical system in my 1920s home. I would highly recommend using Hoffman again for my future electrical needs.
I needed to update my electrical panel as well as rewire some outdated wiring in my house. I 100% stand by this company and have been impressed from the initial phone…
We would gladly have Rob work on our A/C unit again. He is very knowledgable about what he does. He is friendly and answers any questions we ask. He shows us what he is doing and tells us the reason. I don't know much about this so I'm not exactly sure what he actually did, even though he showed us and told us.…
The new insurance carrier for my business Oakfield Lanes requested a letter from a licensed Electrical Company that everything was okay with the circuit panel, if not repairs would need to be made.

Nick Torres has been to our house twice. He arrived on-time, took the time to listen to our issues, offered recommendations and options, performed quality work, and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Nick for your electrical work.
I called on Sunday to check their hours of operation and was not expecting to speak to someone, but someone DID answer and she was able to make an appointment for the very next day. I was particularly unhappy with Nick. He did not introduce himself or greet us at the door. He did not explain things to me without a lot of technical jargon, and waited for me to ask about everything. His demeanor was sullen and unprofessional and I did not enjoy him at my house. His assistant was much better about speaking to me like a human.
Nelson was perfect! He has done both an inspection (in one house), and the electrical work described above in another. Not only does he do excellent work, he is very easy to talk to, and I would very highly recommend him!
Needed a GCFI outlet and box replaced. James was courteous and efficient. Did a great job troubleshooting and replacing the outlet. It was easy to schedule and they were able to get someone out the next day. Also loved the text updates and even sent a picture and brief bio of the technician before arrival.

We are selling our house and I used Hoffman Electric to check out a minor electrical issue that might show up on inspection.
