I was particularly unhappy with Nick. He did not introduce himself or greet us at the door. He did not explain things to me without a lot of technical jargon, and waited for me to ask about everything. His demeanor was sullen and unprofessional and I did not enjoy him at my house. His assistant was much better about speaking to me like a human.
