Dave Williams was our A/C tech. Saturday afternoon, with guests coming a 6pm, our A/C started blowing warm air. Eric, my technician, was great. Very personal and answered all my questions. The availability to get an electrician same day I called was also a plus. The only downside was the pricing to replace a standard size breaker. Well overpriced. I needed it done so I paid the $314. There is also a $49 service trip charge…

This company is very expensive and does not warranty their work. After we paid them $2528, for electrical wiring, our problem is not fixed. I called the service manager and wrote a detailed note explaining the issues and asking for assistance. His only response was “We did nothing wrong” and “I couldn’t open your…
Hoffman is a little expensive. I called them on a Friday. They said they could get to me the next day (Saturday). Other companies said they could get to me in a week to 3 weeks. Hoffman's service fee; although high ($176.00) would be taken off the price of any parts/labor needed. In other words, it would be reduced…
