Josh was able to replace an ultraviolet light.
Ray was courteous and professional . He did a great job in providing maintenance to my A/C equipment. He reminded me to replace my UV bulb.
Compressor on A/C was not kicking on. Josh took a look and found a wire had been fried..possibly a lizard. Replaced part and got us running again.
Chris Came promptly when scheduled and proficiently discovered the problem and explained and discussed with us the resolution. He is very knowledgeable and courteous while in our house. Chris is our maintenance technician of choice!
Once again, Hoffman comes through. Rob arrived on time and performed the requested HVAC issue with professionalism, appropriate knowledge and pleasing personality. Hoffman's staff has always been courteous, professional and very helpful.
