Glad Hoffman was on call on Sunday. It was a blown capacitor so lucky this time for just a quick call. Stephen was courteous and quick. The only thing is I was told 9am by the office. The tech said he was planning his trip so waited to dispatch my call so he wouldn’t have so much time in between me and a Noon…

Hoffman originally serviced my central air conditioning last year. This was a Sunday call because of no AC. The fact they provide Sunday services at all is exceptional. Got us up and running within am hour!

Fantastic customer service. Same day appointment for repair/trouble shooting and next day installation of an entire new HVAC system. To top all off, the price was better than other quotes I’ve gotten over the last few weeks. Ask for Stephen if he’s available; he was polite, punctual, and professional.

Hoffman sent a technician (David Williams) the morning I called to report my AC was not working. It was a complicated issue I found out & I have never seen a technician work & problem solve as tirelessly as David did. Compressor on A/C was not kicking on. Josh took a look and found a wire had been fried..possibly a lizard. Replaced part and got us running again.
Chris Came promptly when scheduled and proficiently discovered the problem and explained and discussed with us the resolution. He is very knowledgeable and courteous while in our house. Chris is our maintenance technician of choice!
