David was fantastic!! He went over our options very clearly and answered all our questions with complete professionalism and made our choice selecting a new hvac system easy and comfortable with our decision. Ray arrived on time, reviewed my AC system, offered excellent recommendations for replacement & and provided multiple quote options. He was friendly, courteous & thorough. We have 2 more companies providing estimates but like our options from Ray/Hoffman
